I think she’s been back in Italy since after the last home game, they’re moving to a place in Lake Garda according to the crack from the flight last week.

I was on the same flight as him back from Bergamo this morning, he’s apparently told someone that he’s fine for this weekend. He took photos with everyone who wanted them and sat and chatted to people on the flight, he seems like a proper good egg.

It’s been said many times before but what’s probably been the biggest issue is how quickly we got that champions league qualification after the takeover. Unrealistic expectations of constant success on the back of that, there’s absolutely been errors along the way but it’s as though success for us every season should now be a given. The ride up to success should’ve been the fun part and maybe a season or two in the Europa league would’ve been better to set expectations with parts of the fanbase.

I’d say Chelsea being beat 8-2 by PSG over 2 legs is a lot more ‘humiliating’ than us losing last night. They’ve spent over £1.5 Billion on transfer fees since the Todd takeover.

It wasn’t a demolition job over the entirety of the two legs it was 45 minutes at best.

It was the same set up and same outcome in the second half as we started in the away leg against City in the league cup. We got outdone by the movement and our inability to track runners.

He wasn’t broken on Saturday though was he, they got done by the movement and runners. It was a similar 20 minute spell to the one we had against City in the away leg of the League Cup, the set up was exactly the same.
