Im impressed by his attitude, we need players like this who are at the club for the right reasons. In de Jong, Cabella and Janmaat I feel we have that. Sadly the business model at the club will always require a high turnover of players if we're to remain even remotely 'competitive'. Those signings good enough to have made an impact will always have heads turned once they realise we don't want to compete. As a result, performances drop and we end up looking like relegation fodder. The turnover at least ensures there's a slim chance the team could compete.

I'm not sure what their names are off the top my head, but there's a CM from Chile and Colombia who have been class too. Vidal, maybe? Thought he was great against Spain particularly. Diaz has also been good.
