  1. FUCK MEEEE!!!!! I was out in the land that soap forgot interviewing the public about the game as part of my placement today. All the ones I got think they're going to do us 3/4-0. However one guy was an absolute gem, up there with man shitteeee. 2 cm away from the mic, in the most broad mackem accent ever, "ew, tha black en white, tha smel 'a shyte. wu gunna fuckin deeey em', absalewtley. five newyt man!"
  2. 2146: Roman Bednar is booked by the increasingly unpopular Rob Styles (is he welcome anywhere anymore?) for rounding the keeper and slotting in after being flagged for offside. Silly officiating. what a fucking cunt that man is.
  3. theres stuff going round that he wants to have one more game with us before he goes, too, and that he doesn't want his first game for Citeh to be against Newcastle. However it makes you wonder if Citeh would allow him to play against them...
  4. he was going to crack a joke to Hughton along the lines of "Are you interested in Fanni?" He sort of said it, but guffawed then said it'd be in appropriate.
  5. hate to break it to you all, but Hughton said today they expect Martins back in full training at the end of this week/the beginning of next
  6. He's off chaps (and chappesses) had the experience of meeting Hughton (and Bassong), this afternoon as part of my placement. Another radio guy asked Hughton if he thought the fans would hold it against Given should he leave, and Hughton immediately started talking about how he thinks the fans have time for Given, and the relationship between us and him is a good one. Basically answered the original question with "no", but did seem to suggest he's on his way.
  7. I'm still unsure. As you said, Prophet, he appears to be flying off around the globe to scout players for us, suggesting that he'd give that list to Kinnear, and not go straight to Ashley/Llambias, insisting that these players are signed, as some would like to make out, and was the slant many people adopted/believed with regards to his relationship with Keegan. With Kinnear saying nothing regarding Dennis Wise's role at the club, I for one am of the opinion that he is little more than a scout, and don't think that he has the final say on transfers. From what I read at the time, and what I've read since, it seems that with regards to Keegan packing it in, it was more the influence of Jiminez, who has now fucked off. Having said that, my opinion is based on the media slant and what some have claimed on here, in that it was Jiminez going to Ashley and insisting that we signed Gonzalez and Xisco, rather than it being Wise.
  8. living in Northumberland and commuting to Boro seems a bit daft (if true).
  9. cheers for posting my story, KSH! Not a clue how true it is, those working there think it'll be to the mackems (one of the guys I was working with was at Sbragia's press conference this morning, and said they're after a defender). Could be us though...
  10. you tell the c*** wbcp'in I regularly like to pretend I'm a competent, caring, club owner.
  11. He's in now, Derek, so fuck off back to your desk and work on getting others in, Pronto. You smarmy looking little shit.
  12. Is that spending the Bellamy money before the Icelandic administrators get their hands on it? News from yesterday..... High court in Iceland has confirmed that Hansa ehf. has gone in to administration. Hansa is the owner of WH Holdings Ltd, the majority owner of West Ham FC. Björgólfur Guðmundsson is the owner of Hansa. so if Hansa goes into administration, surely that puts West Ham in danger, too, right? Hansa are in administration but West Ham are not so no problem for them right now. The problems will arise when they can't generate money from sales so need to to turn to the parent company for cash. That's how it was explained to me Ah right. I know its up to us to save ourselves, but I was kinda hoping that them falling into administration and earning a points deduction could give us a helping hand

  14. just looked into getting a ticket for this game. £45 in the East Stand and £40 in the Leazes. Fucking hell, never realised the price hike was so high for the derby. (Last derby I went to was when I had a ST in the Milburn).
  15. Well, Tarquin and India go to their Brazilian crunch class on Saturday afternoons.
  16. hahahahaha some Chelsea fans left early. more money than sense.

  19. MOTD is on now. Why they can't keep it at a set time each week like they used to is beyond me.
  20. Matt joined the groups Lets burn down Rob Styles' house, The Rob Styles Anti-Appreciation Society, rob styles you're a wanker you're a wanker, Rob Styles is a Blind, Moronic, Fuckwit agreement Society and Rob Styles is a stupid fucking Cunt.
  21. Well two weeks to try and safe guard us or take the risk of results working in our favour. As much of a t*** as Ashley seems surely he's not that stupid to go with the latter, as you don't amass a fortune he has by not seeing the wood for the trees. you and I wouldn't think so. But sadly I don't think you and I are on the same wavelength as Michael.
