  1. Love this. As if being named player of a season in which the club was relegated carries any real weight (unlike him har har har). It's basically "least shit".
  2. Watching this, I'd never think Spanish wasn't Dan King's first language, like: https://www.nufc.co.uk/nufc-tv/latest-videos/javier-manquillo-after-the-three-years-ive-spent-here-already-of-course-id-like-to-stay-for-longer/
  3. Mate who supports them says he's played two games for them in the third division. Doesn't seem that arsed.
  4. No matter what he does he's going to get pelters for it regardless. Deservedly so, the fucking mess.
  5. Interesting to see what this cup fiend does on Sunday, like. He's played the same eleven - presumably he thinks his best one - twice in four days. He either goes for three in eight when certain players are clearly knackered or shows how seriously he's taking it by changing things.
  6. That last part isnt true at all. He's largely been great for us this season There is howler coming from him when he gets a pass back and doesn’t clear on time and ends up giving away a goal. What's your solution? Play Karl Headrush or Bobby Big Mac instead?
  7. I've moved more after a three pints and a pub dinner than Shelvey has this second half.
  8. I big problem for us is how long it take Dubravka to distribute a ball. He takes far too long, and for a team who’s supposed to counter attack, it takes away any opportunity of taking advantage of an outnumbered defence. Again, I don't think there's much going on in front of him. We're not particularly quick to get out. ASM and Almiron are the only options.
  9. Fernandez and Lascelles seem staunchly against playing out. There's been a few times Hayden and Shelvey have had to drop so deep to get it off them. We had the same problem with Cabaye under uncle Al Pards. Just lets Villa keep their shape and there's not enough movement to open something up.
  10. Feel like I've used this gif on WhatsApp a canny bit recently.
  11. Obviously didn't record the bits of card being flapped about.
  12. Keeps cameramen working for TV companies busy - they'll need someone in the stand to pan to every home game.
  13. I think part of that is just to do with the fact there's games to report on. They had absolutely nothing else to write about while the league was suspended, hence the overkill.
  14. Nahhhhh, that makes far too much sense. It's definitely a demonstrative threat to stop showing the PL games they've already paid for, in order to stop the takeover of Newcastle United.
