Good point, guess the question then is, as a team, will they learn and improve? From a Mike/Dekka perspective, I would say that on the whole, they are making micro-improvements, and learning.... I live and hope that as a group, them come together, and learn/grow.

Honest question (fearing backlash) - Do managers learn, grow, adapt, etc? ie - Do we think Pardew has grown and will learn from this experience? We know he has failed at previous clubs, but was never given the time to right his wrongs. Is it possible that he learns and will be stronger from it? or is the consensus that it will be exactly the same as this season and we are doomed?

This is more of a suggestion, not sure if anything like this exists. Would be great to implement some kind of reputation/kudos/etc feature on the forums. So you can vote posts up/down. That will encourage good behaviours and hopefully better content/posts. The other feature that would be great is some kind of way to get the "gist"/news of the last period. Sometimes I read the forums after a few days, and you need to trawl back days to see a link, article, or post that describes the news. Hopefully i make sense and this is all possible.
