Ahhh Andy Gray thinks Rooney is tired because of all the games he's played. Bless.

It kind of occurred to me that they're not the best negotiators are they. Llambias saying they wanted Shearer 110% will give Big Al huge negotiating power. He can ask for the moon and they will have to give it to him. So no doubt he has taken a list as long as your arm and is going through it with a fine toothcomb (whatever one of those is).
-
Can we open a book on how long this thread will be by the time Big Al signs? I'll say 198 pages.

Who cares? We actually lost to f***ing Derby during this ridiculous 'best start' so Allardyce shouldn't be bragging about his time at the club and speaking as if the sacking was out of nowhere; the fat c*** deserved it and we would have been relegated with him. This is the man who taught Phil Brown the importance of "bigging yourself up" no matter how shite you are - just tell everyone in the Media you're great and Talksport in particular and they'll believe it because let's face it - they are mostly idiots who question very little. So then the journos all tell everyone how great Phil Brown is and how great Sam Allardyce is and the eejits swallow it.

Sounds like it's by request of Shearer to me "Mike - first thing you need to do is to apologise to the fans, then we'll move on"
-
Didn't he bottle it in the Play offs? I remember thinking I wouldn't be happy with him if I was a Leeds fan, the way he played. (No guts no desire - oh, he'd fit right in then).

Great slogan for a banner - get it made man!

Geremi got a lot more assists and was never considered even worthy of a place on the subs bench. He looks slower than Geremi tbh.

Harper Beye (CAPTAIN) S Taylor (no chance - he will go to Spurs or Villa) Carroll Martins (no chance of him staying though- will go back to Italy) Shearer must stay and get rid of Nolan R Taylor but unfortunately will keep Butt Shola Someone will come in for the rest of them, there are enough fools in the Premiership.
-
Why would he take a pay cut? He has a contract, no way he will voluntarily take a pay cut. I think he'll be sold to get the wage bill down, along with the rest of the high earners, whatever he says today he'll be away (if an offer comes in).
-
I'd like to bet he goes back to Italy, he was there last week apparently.
-
Sunderland and Strachan fit like a glove. He's a cunt. He'll fail miserably at Sunderland, if that's where he's headed.
-
Don't worry 75% of them won't be here. I only hope Beye stays and becomes Captain

Oh well at least Martins hasn't cost us 700,00 pounds per goal like our English overpriced striker. For what its worth, you must feel a bit isolated - there were at least 50,000 fans chanting his name when he scored against Boro. I was delighted when he scored against Boro! I'd love him to prove me wrong on a consistent basis but unfortunately he wont. I dont really know why you've mentioned Owen either as i want him gone more than anyone. You're kidding yourslef though if you think Oba is much better both in terms of ability and attitude. Attitude? How can you say Owen's attitude is better than anyone else's on the team never mind Oba? He's a shit captain who decided months ago not to speak a word to the press, christ he doesn't speak to anyone on the pitch - it would surprise me if he deigns to speak to any of the lesser mortals that inhabit the dressing room such is his "attitude". If you ever spot him sitting in his box at St James he's either texting like mad or sitting hunched and sulky. He's a burnt out shell of his former self, rose too early and shone too bright, and now he's paying the price, not just physically but mentally as well I would guess. I'm not the only one who wants to see him gone from here, in fact he's probably gone already if he can't play tomorrow, such is his "attitude".

Not allowed out after a game is how I understood it.
-
I'd rather be playing Villa on their present form than Chelsea or Man U under 18s. We'll win it, no worries.
-
I think Habib will play, his determination will get him there. His assist will guide Martin's winner into the top corner. Saving that any of them would do.
-
I like the way Hiddink is playing a full strength team because it keeps up the momentum. Let's hope the opposite works on Man U and Barca savage them.
-
Ian Wright speaks a lot of sense shocker. Spot on Wright, and I hate the way Brown is lauded in the press as some kind of nice guy/good manager - he's an orange face twat with a stupid Bluetooth earpiece which makes him look even more of a twat. The last sentence is the most good sense I've read in a long while.
-
I bet Habib makes it like. Wish we had more like him.

Swear words won't get on the telly.

What happens if we stay up? Does the banner get unfurled?

Surely most people on here hope that whether Hull beat Man U or not? It's just shite that they're involved at all in such an important game. (Hull not the CL Final)
