Guler Kubo Lee-Kang in That profile we really need for RW - would be happy with any of those. Would be our David Silva type. Roony Bardhji would be a good Minteh style player. Would be nice to have options on that side as we've got like 5 LW options. Having the ability to go 4-2-3-1 would be useful in some games, would love a CF who can play in that 10 spot behind the striker. Could be Isak if we get David or vice versa.

He’s celebrated like he’s a global icon but I can’t say I know too much about him or why he’s so intertwined with the clubs marketing. It’s like we know Amir Khan is from Bolton and Carl Froch is from Nottingham so they supported their hometown clubs. Is Fender more like Froch or Khan in terms of fame / success?

Isak David Osula on loan and Wilson would be a solid group of strikers that would achieve everything we need.

ASM should have gone for 50m. We underplayed it big time because we didn’t want the attention it would bring. He’s the entertaining type of player he had plenty of time on his contract and was doing well here. We don’t have anyone else in that B/C tier that the Saudis would want. Unless it’s one of the goalkeepers, because the rest of ours are English and unsexy willock would be a good fit in Saudi but can’t see him wanting to go and not a big enough name. Neither is Murphy or Barnes. Or Longstaff or Targett or anyone we actually don’t mind getting rid of.
