If we get CL again next season (big IF) then sure we’ll go all in for Kvaradona next summer.

It’s a Swanny super over in Chennai.

Assuming we wrote off his full contract as onerous last year, that’ll be a benefit to the bottom line next year in P&L terms

Nothing will beat the unveiling of our new home shirt a few years back when the reserves wore it for their first pre season friendly

Wish the “recap” thing would stop popping up in the bottom corner of the screen like

Shouldn’t that have been a yellow for asking for a yellow? Ffs too slow

Be staggered if we have a deal in the “hundreds of millions” over 5 years if we’re not one of their elite teams. Think they can see we’re on the rise as a club and wanted to tie down a long term relationship before other big brands came sniffing.

How about everyone who wants a ticket applies within a certain time period, then they dish them out based on how many home games you’ve attended over the last 5 seasons. Rewarding loyalty for members in a similar way to season tickets. It’s exactly the same argument about loyalty points. If the away system is deemed “fair” and new fans can’t get away tickets, then why should new fans get home tickets ahead of those who have been going match by match for years on end?

Absolutely honking goalkeeping. Lucky boy

Used to love getting an NUFC bargain at the Adidas shop at Dalton Park. Hope that makes a comeback too

The new fan engagement charter said they couldn’t change the crest without consultation with the fanbase/fan advisory board.

That per game or for all three? -
Hall takes this summer to a 9/10. Excellent work from the club and they should be commended on the ambitious, yet sensible, business. Can’t see us getting anyone in January now, unless it’s a loan to cover an injury crisis. Next summer will be RCB, RW and then a striker if Wilson doesn’t hang around.

Sees his best position as a centre midfielder but says he’s comfortable playing left back, left wing back or even centre back. One thing we seem to be targeting with players at the moment is versatility.

I reckon Lascelles might play on Saturday.

https://www.theshedend.com/topic/35702-lewis-hall-our-next-big-homegrown-prospect/page/7/#comments Seems to be pretty highly rated on there. Apparently he’s good mates with Tino and they have the same agent.

Think this could fall into the “make funds available if the right deal becomes available” category. Probably means no signings in January mind.

Gets it looking full for the cameras doesn’t it? Surprised we didn’t play a Saudi team in pre season.

He’s still training every day and playing the occasional match though. Not as if he’s sat doing nowt

Hasn’t had an injury for 2 years now?

Wonder if Howe will consider playing Lascelles here after he handled Haaland quite well last season.
