Ameobi goes out on loan
Scunthorpe United have taken teenage Leeds striker Tomi Ameobi on loan until 6 January.
The 19-year-old academy product made his Leeds debut in the Carling Cup tie at Portsmouth earlier this season.
Leeds manager Dennis Wise is hoping Ameobi will gain valuable first team experience from the loan move to Glanford Park.
Scunthorpe have also taken young duo Simon Ainge and Tom Penford on trial from League Two side Bradford City.

Seem to remember SSN saying we'd sorted an arrangement for January, but then again they always talk utter bollocks.

Didn't say it did. All I was saying was that Decky implied Owen had good form at the start of 05 season due to the fact he was playing alongside a quality striker. When, in 2005, Shearer wasn't.
Someones done their homework.
Commentator said it during the Russia vs England match tbh.
Did he? Which minute was that?
Can't remember
But for some random reason I remember hearing it during the match
