I'd like to see someone investigate these figures because there's a cat away somewhere.

Definitely the one to the left of the badge. Just google Gary Speed signature.

Watched it last night too. Thought it was very good.

Newcastle United vs Arsenal - 21/03/15 3PM Lick Off.

Arsenal by -2.0 goals is 9/4 on Paddy Power. Worth a tenner. -
Lifted straight from his legit FB page. Tara then.

Wouldn't be a transfer window without a Santon back to Italy rumour or a Sky Sports Italy link too

Agree, Tor! is a great read. Love learning about other football cultures and how it started. Just got: Johnny Cook: The Impossible Dream by Ian Macintosh. Love his writing style and his little sections in The Blizzard are a great laugh. http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1908940972/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=3IVA9Z4XQ8CAK&coliid=I1595N5TW7D9IF Football Fiction but he tends to intersperse it with little football references throughout.

If only...

Cheap as chips too considering how financially fucked a lot of the teams are.

We used to use the 'how high can the keeper jump = the bar' rule.

I hope they stand on an upturned plug. I despair at times.

Watched far too much La Liga this season. The standard of football is superb. If you compared a lower table fixture to a PL lower table fixture there'd be no contest. If anything it highlights how poor the 'greatest league in the world™' really is.

Rémi Garde and the case of the missing art galleries

PL record I think. Could be bollocks like but sounds about right. -
Rémi Garde and the case of the missing art galleries

Indeed. Tiresome. Someone said earlier that during a season, prior to this, the longest it ever took a club to appoint a replacement (confirm caretaker etc) was 15 days or so. We're onto day 18. Record breaking incompetence even if they end up appointing someone half decent. -

Started on Facebook from someone saying their mate told them, from what I can see. Spread from that, as this usual shite does. Nowt concrete/believable. At least with the Garde rumours there's substance. -
Raval Morrison followed the clubs Instagram account and they followed back apparently. Lad seems a knob.
-
Haha nah he follows me. Had a few exchanges previously but not in a bad way. Made it abundantly clear that I'm not having a go at him more at Ryder being a chump.
-
You probably will, he had a right snap at me the other week for suggesting they were back in the club's pocket. He's done similar to others on there for suggesting the same. Me and KI for daring to suggest that they'd given pardew an easy ride and there was no pressure on him until the sack pardew campaign @MsiDouglas: @mattypnufc No way are we 'campaigning' for Carver. Ran positive pieces about Garde when he was in frame last week. As for point... @MsiDouglas: @mattypnufc ...about shift since ban lifted: this piece was not exactly glowing! http://t.co/mFJ4yM3nTl That was all I got. Replied with saying it's not him but Lee. He didn't reply.

Some good stuff going on on Twitter at the moment. #carverssogeordie

I pulled Mark Douglas on The Chronicles pro-Carver campaign this morning on Twitter. Whilst I think Mark is a decent writer and doesn't really have an agenda, he's Ryders boss and should be accountable for the bollocks he's written in recent weeks. Not sure I'll get a reply like but you never know.

Had a dream I knocked this bastard our last night. It was a good dream.

Rémi Garde and the case of the missing art galleries

My big hope in this is that Graham Carr is involved in the process. He seems to pull the strings football wise and its obvious that Ashley trusts him to earn him some money in buying in scouted talent on the cheap. If he wants to appoint someone like Garde, I'm guessing he'll have sold it to Ashley.
