Just been reading about more coaches and what most are saying is 1 coach can manage 2 teams . They aren't going to be there to coach but to facilitate....no referees either. 5 a side pitch to be split into two, coned off and 2 games ongoing width ways of the pitch

Been looking for this thread for a while now... What's peoples thoughts on the new 3v3 coming in for under 7s starting next season.. And every age group above therefore staying back a year ie under 9s still 5 a side... Can't believe how ignorant about girls and football i was on my original post on this thread. My eldest is playing 5 times a week now for 2 teams in a girls league and a boys league My other daughter is just starting and will probably be 3 v 3 next season I agree the principle of more touches etc is good but where are they going to find all the coaches/pitches/refs etc? I can see clubs having to turn kids away which isn't a good thing
