  1. Should do just fifa style ratings at this point. For me Tonali’s an 84 and so is Bruno. Dubs- 73 Pope- 78 Burn- 78 Schar- 80 Botman- 82 Livramento- 79 Tripper- 76 Hall- 82 Joelinton- 81 So far…
  2. Fair but who can offer him a first team spot?
  3. Mbeumo has like a year left on his contract (with them likely extending another year) and you’d imagine he’d push for a move this summer so I’d say 50m? Huijsen has a release clause but it doesn’t mean there isn’t a deal to be had around 40 odd? Trafford will go for 20m probably. So like 110ish in the scenarios I’ve basically just dreamt up . 120m gets them all imo.
  4. And improve us massively . I’m sure we can get those 2 and Trafford for just a bit over 100m and I’d class that as a very successful summer.
  5. Could barely afford one let alone all three. Absolute nonsense.

    The Other 18

Yeah, Gravenberch and Szos have been amongst the best players in the world in their respective positions this season. I’m particularly annoyed that we missed out on the latter as he would have been perfect for us.
  7. That was inevitable. Wake up, lads ffs.
  8. I’m ages behind ffs. You lot are like oracles to me.
  9. Thought it was 3-1 by the reactions…
  10. I’m so confused. Just equalized on my stream

    James Trafford

Hard to say if he’s better than Trafford but Hermanssen is really underrated imo.
  12. I’d rather proven quality than imagination in all honesty. Or at least a mix of the two with heavy focus on the former. We can’t be taking wild punts; just do what we’ve been doing thus far that’s brought us from relegation fodder to CL-place contenders. Let other teams with less lofty ambitions take the risks; we can’t afford many seasons without European football. Buying younger, proven stars with great attitudes who can grow with us (like Gordon, Bruno, Tonali, Botman, Livramento) has served us well. I don’t see why we’re desperate to be another Brighton? People will say PSR etc. but all of those players I’ve listed would go for double the amount we bought them for; we just don’t want to sell them.
  13. I like Nunez or, rather, I like what he could be. If he can get it together in front of goal he’d be one of the most coveted strikers in the world. That being said it’s lot of “ifs” and “could bes” with him. Isak is a sure thing and there’s no way I’d want to lose him unless it’s for insane money (I’m taking 150m plus) and him pushing for a move.
  14. People will complain no matter what, anyway.
  15. No idea. I use the term expert very loosely; he was some clueless well-groomed presenter type.
  16. Didn’t go to this one but usually every PIF company has a booth at these things tbf. Non-story, really. The main thing I’m getting (not from any insider knowledge or anything, god knows I’ve got none of that) is that, where possible, they don’t want to cannibalize profits from other PIF companies/ investments to prop this one up.
  17. Saw some absolute glebe of a so-called expert on Sky talk about the scrapping of FMV/APT/PSR like it would be the end of the PL as we know it. ”Look at your Nottinghams, your Bournemouths and Fulhams this season! Do we really want to lose that competitive equality that makes this the best league in the world? For what? To benefit only a select few?” Does anyone wanna fucking get this guy clued up before being paid to talk on tv or what? Infuriating.
  18. Takes bravery in the press to execute against City. We’re losing one on ones and not showing any intensity. Not sure that’s Howe’s Fault. We look a team that’s distracted/ phoning it in.
