Dyer was an overrated runner in my opinion like. Not too dissimilar to a Walcott or such like. Was used correctly and massively effective for us, but he doesn't even bare comparison with a Solano (for example) for me when it comes to footballing ability and awareness, etc. Unpopular opinion more than likely.

Haven't seen it back yet, looked like it was outside the box to me, but my eye sight is shite

Personally, I find Palace quite likeable and their crowd too. I think it's a tad uncomfortable that we have to accept and to some degree, agree, with what's being levelled at us in that particular demonstration. However, it does (rather conveniently) over simplify an issue where many contributory factors lead to the decision to make that demonstration. I think we, as Newcastle fans should be properly represented in this debate, and fans of other clubs should also accept counter-criticism if they want to make such stances. That'd be my main issue here. We're not being heard.

Going to Inter vs Juve at the San Siro tomorrow. Cannot wait.

Love Wilson me. Proper CF.

Got no major issue with the flag personally. Think it's a bit on a knife edge with regards to political correctness like. It's more aimed at the league than us abd if the shoe was on the other foot I think we'd be feeling the same. We need to adapt as a club now though, we need to form a siege mentality and quick, right now, we're everyones enemy, except for perhaps Man City and Chelsea (for now!). Every game is everyone's cup final against us, they claim it's on grounds of morality, but really it's because we might bypass them.

Aye, that'd be great like. The media need to get to fuck. They'll all be clapping their hands once we're enhancing the product they televise and report on and making dollar from it.

I suspect we'll be looking to do stuff that is a subtle dig but focuses primarily on a progressive future. Difficult to say though as the coming games (as a whole) also help define the narrarive, particularly for Brentford.

I don't know how, in this day in age, such lazy stereotypes of the North East can be made unchallenged like. I hope Stelling has something to say.

Cheers mate.

Cheers. There's discussions about the next two home fixtures and this is one suggestion that's been mentioned in the group WhatsApp, but there are a number of suggestions at any given time, so not sure what we'll arrive at. Hopefully upcoming displays strike the same tone/are as liked as previous displays.

Strange how that hasn't gone national...

Don't think he's the guy to manage us long term but do think he's an important person to have about. 3 points at Palace and a decent performance vs Chelsea would be fitting.
-
Would love for them to ask Rafa. Suspect he'd say that he doesn't agree with that sort of behaviour but that he never experienced any of that here and knows our fans are largely mint. Would be class. Probably won't be asked cause that won't fit.

People's comments about Bruce i.e. The hatred. Not that Bruce is talking bullshit and it didn't happen. Was good to hear someone say it as they see it properly like. Thought it was fairly dismissive rather than dwelling on any rumours. They're all sympathetic cause it's lile the managers club, the issue is the media for me, they're pushing this narrative.

See Pep is now saying not to pay attention to it because it is "bullshit" live on Sky. Whilst funny, this whole defence thing is bollocks. It's definitely orchestrated like. None of this happened with Watford.
-
What's his win percentage over those 1,000 games?

Arteta joining the Villa gaffer to pass comment, next it'll be Klopp.

People have turned into zombies like, brainwashed by Sky and the media
