Eddie Howe - Admitted to Hospital; To miss Man United (H)

He's just a bit of a melt. I listen to Howe, and decipher what he is really saying through use of common sense. It's usually right. Not always though.

Big week. Need 3 wins from these 3 games ideally to really get our season rolling.

Starting to wonder if there's more than what's being let on with Wilson like. If this is true that he is injured again, I'm wondering if that's the genuine issue or if something at home or in his personal life has set him back mentally. Maybe it's both. All seems a bit strange to be a really physically fit lad to injured every 2mins.

Not sure what Olivera is doing there tbh but a great goal.
-
Haha aye. Was gonna say they've grown into it like.
-
Been a decent start. Pissing it doon like.

Entertaining score draw please Napoli

Radio commentators generally describe what they're seeing and give a clear representation of what's happening on the pitch but TV commentators just come up with entirely pointless stats and comments about shit that no one cares about
-
For me you put a DM on him and say you go wherever he goes. Appreciate he's an amazing player but if your DM has a good game then hopefully it nullifies Chelsea.

I don't know why teams never just go man for man with Palmer.

2-0 to 2-4 Good lord
-
I based Wilson on him being regularly fit tbh but he isn't so he's more like a top 29 player

Top 4 Isak Botman Bruno Tonali Gordon Top 6 Joelinton Hall Livramento Schar Trippier Wilson Top 10 Longstaff Burn Barnes Willock Top 20 The rest In general, I don't think we have a top 4 squad and I think our position would be between 5th and 8th based on quality. However, I think with everyone playing their absolute best we're a 3rd or 4th placed squad. That was evidenced. However, we cannot expect players to play almost beyond their capability for any prolonged period of time let alone for beyond a full season. We need more quality players who, when they play a 6 or 7 performance wise it is sufficient to enable a win.

That was the distinction I was making. He may well be a good leader or captain material - just not for a club aligning with those principals.
-
It doesn't mean they aren't captain material. Just not captain material for that organisation.
-
I hope not. His Daddy will not tolerate it.

The corners all around are better I'd say. All the main stands are fairly silent. Gallowgate is supposed to be our main end and all that though. Useless. Too many middle-aged/older men in the stadium full stop but it's rife in the main parts of the stands. Need loads of young enthusiastic folk behind the goals. Back of the Gallowgate is alreet. Admittedly, last night just pissed me off when I seen around 100/200 people leave the second the ball hit the net for their 3rd. Was silent though the antosphete for the most part last night.

It probably does. The mad thing is though Bruno has arguably been our worst performing CM this season. So to Ronaldos point I am also sick of the Tonali versus Longstaff narrative. I love local lads, I love anyone who gives their all. Bruno and Tonali inclusive. What we need is for whatever combination to be working and working regularly. My point was simply that it isn't just Tonali (or Longstaff) that makes us win. The difference is, no one is calling Tonali shite. People often to do with Longstaff. -

Wasn't me who brought it up. I simply said Tonali wasn't the only answer to why we got a result. Read. -

I'm not calling anyone out for saying Tonali should start when he plays well and deserves his spot. If we gain better results with Tonali in the side, I'd stop backing Sean. Of course I would. I don't believe I've ever said anything otherwise. So not sure on your point tbh. My desire is for NUFC to win not Sean Longstaff to play. The same doesn't appear to have been the case for many in weeks gone by.
