Another two wins then after this week we can hopefully begin to build. Brentford is a big, big game to right wrongs of last weekend and Ipswich is a game we really have to be winning to be contending for Europe (but neither will be easy).

I wouldn't care I was a bit croaky yesterday so wasnt at 100% I probably irritate a lot of folk tbf.

English people don't dive.

I really don’t get the drink element. Are folk really that desperate to have a pint at half time that they miss the match and then disappear early to be the first one at the bar? I get it more folk leaving to beat traffic to get home (perhaps) but the whole desperation for a beer is just weird. The 90minute match is almost always more like 70mins of actual football so you're already getting only like 78% of what you've paid for. To then miss a further 10mins then you may as well be pissing an extra £10/£15 in the wind... And yet most fans complain about ticket pricing (or not being able to get a ticket).

He'll be a good addition in time. There's a multitude of components here. If he plays him when we aren't playing well and consistently then there's a higher likelihood he too will not play as well and any important chances that come may result in misses and more pressure, more criticism and the kids confidence being shot. It never takes long for any football fans to get on a players back these days. I think Howe may have said one or two things which could have knocked the lads confidence in recent weeks and furthermore playing Anthony Gordon CF probably didn't help things from Osula's point of view. That isn't AGs best position but he can play there and be effective given his energy and pressing capability which also suits the team. That being said, I think historically for EH and NUFC it's difficult to point out many (if any) bad signings, and I don't think any player has done anything but grow under Eddie Howe. Lewis Hall being a great example. I said at the start of the season he was our defensive weak link. Yet, with him and Burn striking a bond and seemingly, somewhat him and Gordon, the right introduction to the team at the right times and now the right amount of game time (albeit perhaps induced by Botmans injury), Hall has been our best player this season (followed by Burn). I think we'll see Osula used more as we gain more consistency and hopefully as we play 'lesser' opposition. Providing we do what needs to be done early on and don't continue to make stupid mistakes.

On the whole the atmosphere was embarrassing imo. Saturday 3pm, winning 4-0 after an up and down season and not a peep from like 47k people. It's like folk just want there to be something to moan about (and ironically here I am moaning). I don't actually understand it if I'm honest - if you want to see the football, then you most likely (despite SJP having a lot of great views of the game) will see a better angle on the tele (with replays, etc.). If you're going for the atmosphere, then surely you help make an atmosphere as well as take in the atmosphere? Why else would you be at the game?

I cannot remember if it was this foul or another, but the referee seemed unsure whether it was even a free kick at first, then proceeded to book him. Which in the stadium seemed bizarre.

It was definitely a dive. If an opposition player does that them you're calling it a dive. Bruno is typically very good at winning fouls by drawing in any contact and making something of it. Got it wrong this time because of his desire to win a penalty. There's a fine line between gamesmanship and drawing fouls and making something of them and diving.

He's just a bit of a melt. I listen to Howe, and decipher what he is really saying through use of common sense. It's usually right. Not always though.

Big week. Need 3 wins from these 3 games ideally to really get our season rolling.

Starting to wonder if there's more than what's being let on with Wilson like. If this is true that he is injured again, I'm wondering if that's the genuine issue or if something at home or in his personal life has set him back mentally. Maybe it's both. All seems a bit strange to be a really physically fit lad to injured every 2mins.

Not sure what Olivera is doing there tbh but a great goal.

Haha aye. Was gonna say they've grown into it like.

Been a decent start. Pissing it doon like.

Entertaining score draw please Napoli

Radio commentators generally describe what they're seeing and give a clear representation of what's happening on the pitch but TV commentators just come up with entirely pointless stats and comments about shit that no one cares about

For me you put a DM on him and say you go wherever he goes. Appreciate he's an amazing player but if your DM has a good game then hopefully it nullifies Chelsea.
