I'm not too interested in Spanish football but why didn't Atletico include him in the Turan deal, seems like a player that would do well under Simeone?

In general, it seems pretty obvious that McClaren is more than just an emotional manager like Pardew. He strikes me as someone who even if he's not the greatest in the world, seem to have some clue about his profession. Pardew literally had one plan when it came to tactics, anything outside that frame came as a surprise to him. And he made people around him clueless on top of that, like he confused them. I'm not going to raise my hands even half the way into the season. But if anything I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and I really hope the team does well this season cause they really need to do something positive soon.

Why is it that every time someone takes a picture of one of these alleged signings at the airport they are either from behind, blurry or of a random person who might look somewhat similar. It almost seemed staged and on purpose. Like someone from the club is doing it to create some stir in a negative or positive direction.
