Taking into account Man City's away form (- Sunderland) which is : Aston Villa 4-2 Man City Brighton 2-2 Man City Wigan 2-1 Man City They seem to leak a few away from home so i am hopeful for this game

I would play Geremi next game alongside Guthrie (drop Butt) when spiderman is back but after that (when Bartons back)you need to get the old fellas out of the team, its not doing us any good having 2 slow 30+ in the midfield.

Is that the Enrique who plays left back for Newcastle ? Cos if it is you're seeing a completely different person/player to the one I am. plenum's on the wind-up surely! Enrique played a lovely ball through for Zog in first half , he played oryt imo

He's change my opinion of him this season and end of last, as someone has said he's definitely manned up and leading by example.. a good captain and i will be sad to see him go, one thing i remember from when he signed is he said he would score goals 25 goals in 52 appearances is top notch. Its not his fault he's been injured so much.

Carling Cup Round 3 (non Toon games)
Fenham Mag replied to Colos Short and Curlies's topic in Football
I reckon 29k is a good crowd for the crappy cup in a match vs Crewe. Wonder if we'll beat it tomorrow. It is a decent crowd, although Crewe had a lot of fans with them. The only reason it annoys me is that it makes a mockery of the constant bollocks about not being able to get tickets for Anfield that all their armchair fans come out with every bloody week. Imagine how there new "super" stadium will look with crowds like that -
Take note derek, this is how to down a non-alcoholic drink

watchin the chelsea game, very one sided , but Chelsea are playing some very attractive football
-
who scored? For the Spuds?, it was a deflected goal from Bent. Definite Bent goal? i had a bet on he would score at some point in the game

Michael Owen - player/coach (seriously), until the new manager comes in which will obviously be when Ashley sells up
-
I can see Freddy Shepherd coming back as Chairman tbh. If these consortiums have approached him about taking over the club they obviously want him part of it and not in the financial way. If anyone, Freddy Shepherd has the most experience for the job of Chairman as long as he keeps his nose out of transfers, a think he's learnt from his mistakes.

Keegan leaving reminds me of the song by Glasvegas "daddys gone". Listen to it and you'll know what i mean. -

Just a hotel employee could leak this, it's not like they're Mafia. Thats what i meant -
I still think Ashley is a bit of a clown who doesn't know what he's doing and a tight c**t. We definitely need a new owner to keep up with the rest of the Premiership.

Why does everyone think that a club insider has leaked the meeting, everywhere in London will have moles texting sports journalists and so on, of to who is going in their restaurants/hotels -
Rather see Donaldson than Ranger tbh. Local lad and chance for him to make a mark

Tim Krul in Aspers with a very smart looking lady on his arm.

Was on the doors at tiger tiger once, was a complete cock then too

For one i'm not boycotting the hull game, i have paid for my season ticket and i'm not wasting that money, but from now on i will not spend another penny to the club whilst Mike Ashley is in Charge and will never ever spend another penny in Sports world or any of his affiliated companies. I just hope he sells up before next season so my money from the 3 year plan season ticket will not go to him.

KK resigns - see OP for new club statement issued September 6th
Fenham Mag replied to a topic in Football
If he resigned it would have said, Keegan wouldn't leave after seeing all that support -
I can see a few clueless people taking out on the players come the Hull game, its not there fault, if he goes we should hold a 90 minute silence in protest, that would be more effective
