Unpardewing is uncommon but not impossible. See Y Gouffran.

Stunning, like a young Burt Reynolds.

Cabaye won a trophy. Debuchy won a trophy. Ba won a trophy. Enrique won a trophy. Carroll won a trophy. All of these went on to better things and don't kid yourselves.

http://www.fifa.com/the-best-fifa-football-awards/puskas-award/ Saul Niguez or Kekana for me. How the fuck did a bog standard Messi free-kick get in? Dele Alli's goal Vs Palace is better than Neymars too. All goal videos on that link.

Just send him to the NY Knicks and be done with it.

Roque Mesa is absolute quality at what he does but I think he's a little bit too similar to Hayden in his style of play (which isn't a bad thing!). Excellent at breaking up attacks and controlling the middle of the pitch and in front of the defence but his plan is always to lay off a simple ball to one of the more creative players than to ping a forward pass/through ball himself. I'd be delighted if we did go for him though because his style of play is suited to the English game and he's definitely ahead of Hayden in terms of development. Almost joined Sevilla in the summer just gone but the Las Palmas chairman put a block on the deal, think they were holding out for around €12m and Sevilla would only go as high as €8m. Pretty sure he'll be away next summer though if he continues his terrific form this season. Lemos at CB is another great prospect at Las Palmas but I think his reputation is already probably too high to join us, there were tentative links with Barcelona in the summer. I hope he gets his big move and hopefully to the PL so I can see more of him. I think he could be utilised like Kante at Chelsea/Leicester.

http://www.11v11.com/teams/newcastle-united/tab/opposingTeams/opposition/Leeds%20United/ Our record against these in the past has been pretty damn good. God, Jan 2004 was last league meeting, didn't realise it was so long ago. -
Yorkie I will punch you. *Patiently awaits VI to agree with him*

Not sure if there is a realistic transfer targets thread but I would love us to get a neat ball collecting diminutive player from Spain. Seen Roque Mesa at Las Palmas a few times and love his style of play.

Ha ha ha! Those geps man! What a tool! http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20161110/5aab06d868bed55a6ddb43be008681e2.jpg He was in Philly watching the 76's last week as well. Obviously getting tips from one of the worst NBA teams of all time.

Well, if you count Own Goals scored against Sunderland: Phil Bardsley * 3 Wes Brown * 3 Jody Craddock 2 Cuéllar * 2 Michael Proctor 2 Len Ashurst 1 Phil Babb 1 Titus Bramble 1 Liam Bridcutt * 1 Sebastián Coates * 1 Danny Collins * 1 Anton Ferdinand * 1 Steven Fletcher * 1 Craig Gordon * 1 Cecil Irwin 1 Matt Kilgallon * 1 Paddy McNair * 1 Paul McShane * 1 Andy Melville 1 John Mensah * 1 Iain Munro 1 Daryl Murphy * 1 John O'Shea * 1 Gary Owers 1 Richie Pitt 1 Niall Quinn 1 Éric Roy 1 Patrick van Aanholt * 1 Stanislav Varga 1 David Vaughan * 1 Santiago Vergini * 1 Stephen Wright 1 So that is 39 own goals. Shola would be 2nd for them in PL, 1st for them in Europe if you transferred his goals
-
Kenwyne Jones is Sunderland's 4th top scorer in the Premier League era 26 goals

We could do with another GK, where's Dudek?
