  1. Partially, aye. It made me laugh loads.
  2. Stuck a colossal £2 on Keane as anytime goalscorer, and an amazing £1 on Ireland to qualify. http://cghm.org/wow/wp-content/uploads/2008/07/wuss_bets.png
  3. Tbh, Man United should respond by filming their own video about the Scouse cunts.

Lee Dixon and Martin Keown on Match of the Day 2. They don't actually know anything, and all their patter amounts to is making some hilarious joke about Dixon scoring an own goal every fucking week.

John Motson Egotistical managers (like Brown, Allardyce, Redknapp)
  7. All the signs point to another Marlon Harewood. Big time Charlie who hasn't quite made it, but still wants to be paid as if he has. Doubt this will come to anything unless he's genuine about want ing to be here and will accept Championship wages. Marlon Harewood is currently employed by a Premiership club. Fabrice is employed by no one. I doubt it is the same. Come to think of it he's not called Marlon either...you might have a point. What I'm saying is that Marlon Harewood believes he's a Premiership player that has fallen out of favor with his manager. Pancrate was floating around as a free agent in November and must realise that this is one of the last chances he'll get. He has no club or contract to fall back on. Harewood leaves here and continues picking up a pay cheque. This is not the situation with the Frenchman. Ok, but both are players who have fallen from fairly lofty heights in recent years and both seem to have trouble adjusting to the fact that they won't be treated like big stars any more. I'm assuming that the quotes attributed to Kevin Blackwell that Pancrates wanted 75k a week are genuine btw. I was just responding to that suggestion. It doesn't say he wanted £75k a week. It says they wanted a fee of £75k to take him on until January despite the fact he was a free agent. Whether thats a fee on top of his wages, or what his wages from now till then would amount to, I don't know.
  8. Look at it the other way, you can have the talent of a Sunday league player and get toured all over Europe and play against the top players in the continent. Cheers mate, I'll be using that as the tagline for NOFC. 'All over Europe' ? Aye, Worldnet do European tournaments.
  9. N'Zogbia I'm sure Craig Moore played a game at left back, too?

  11. Saving him for Preston. Quite possibly. Could easily get a subs role, bearing in mind the likes of Donaldson has been a mainstay on our bench of late.
  12. Was never going to play 90 minutes, was he? Lack of match fitness and that.
  13. That'll be Mark Cook playing in goal for Pools? Former toon keeper?
  14. Fuck me, stepovers and crossing? I don't think we'll be able to afford him.
  15. Wow, cheers for that Fenham. Will bung at least a couple of quid on that.
  16. Yep, without a doubt. Watched a lot of Cole this season and he's been very impressive. Cole is a poor man's Heskey imo, in terms of value added to the England team. Crouch gives you a different option, should 100% be in the squad.
  17. Sorry, but you'd take C.Cole over Crouch or Agbonlahor? Mental.
  18. The exception being, of course, Butt last season.
  19. I'm sure Pele named him player of the tournament, didn't he?
  20. It beggars belief that Trevor Sinclair, Darius Vassell, Danny Mills and Nicky Butt were England regulars all of 6 years ago.
  21. I reckon 8 defenders is sensible. I think that taking Walcott is a good option as he can be used on the right wing, or as a striker.
