  1. It would be brilliant if we offered a deal till the end of the season, followed by a coaching role next season.
  2. It's one of those that you'd have to actually see him in a game to be sure what you're getting, in terms of his fitness.
  3. Do Hull have a striker who's scored more than twice? Off the top of my head: Ghilas 1 Hesselink 2 Fagan 1 or 2 Folan 0 Altidore 0
  4. it will all get a bit twitchy the last couple days in Jan. Surprise bid from Harry Redknapp?
  5. Fuck me, the presenter of ITV news this evening. "Goals from Sess Fabregrasc and Fran Meridra kept the pressure on Chelsea and Manchester United, whilst Aston Villa missed the chance to climb up from 6th place, Gabriel Agbombalore guilty of missing some good chances."
  6. That was brilliant from Merida, control and composure. Bolton do look a bit tidier under Coyle, they retain the ball better than under Megson. Quite unfair to judge this early though, and against a team such as Arsenal.
  7. Bolton to win by one goal Arsenal to win by one goal both backed
  8. At the moment, I'd have Nolan in his striking role ahead of Carroll.
  9. Nice little set-to between Petrov and Stanislas
  10. Nouble's balance is worse than Carroll's, fuck me. He's done nothing but slip over all afternoon
  11. Martins came out with loads of negative stuff about Allardyce, didn't he? About how he was either being played as a winger or a sub, and his negative tactics that didn't suit his game.
  12. Either team could end up nicking this.
  13. Someone said this a while ago, but the more I think about it - West Ham 09/10's team really do remind me of Newcastle 06/07 under Roeder.
  14. Has he even scored a goal from open play this season? So much for the Championship's top goalscorer. Nope, just the one goal and it was a penalty. It's mental, he's had fewer chances to take, but even the sort of chances he was taking last season almost every game, he's fluffing alarmingly at the moment.
