    SJP food

I wouldn't know, by half time all they have left is chicken fucking balti.
  2. Christ, that England one is the pits.
  3. Never thought of it that way, an interesting point. I certainly hope you're right.
  4. You don't need to go private, the NHS do a brilliant job with this sort of thing. I agree with Mick, and besides, regardless whether it's private or NHS, it's still a fairly serious condition and operation that 1) Kinnear himself and 2) the club cannot afford to rush the man back, it could finish him off, as well as our league status.
  5. Why bother, there'll only be 4 or 5 games left by that point.

SSN saying that he's currently training with Birmingham.
  7. Doesn't say for how long - that says to me they want to get Kinnear back in ASAP.
  8. Hopefully this will have a good effect on the players, as in they'll do it for Joe. Hope Kinnear gets through this alright, his long term health matters more than his job here, both to him and the club.
  9. He's out for three weeks - and JFK won't be back for 2-and-a-half months minimum. Hughton will blatantly give him some pitch time when he regains fitness.

    Spain vs England

I'd rather we played Spain and lost than play, say, San Marino and won convincingly. The match practice is better against these highly superior sides.

    Frankenstien's monster?
  16. Because Capello likes to win games, even friendlies. Rob Green is more than adequate to play, I think. Capello surely needs to look at the players who will replace James after 2010, when he will most likely retire. What's your opinion? I think that James is the best English keeper by some way and that he'll be the number one for the world cup, we can rebuild afterwards. I also think that there's a lot to be said for building a winning mentality and that replacement players find it easier to come into a team when that's the case. There's an argument that players need to experience the international game, but Green's done that already and so I think the only way he should be in the team is if he's the best keeper available. I don't think he is. Fair enough, that's an understandable view. Do you think Green will be first choice after James? I personally think he will be. Carson and Robinson aren't consistent enough at club level, Hart isn't experienced enough yet, Kirkland (imo) isn't really that good and the likes of Harper will need to perform well in a string of games before getting near the team.

What is the maximum amount of subs permitted to come on in this game?
