As if people are even bothered about the Villa fans ffs. I can't concentrate on anything but our desperate need for three points; whether it's Aston Villa, Spurs, Raggy Arse Rovers or Barcelona we're playing.

Would keep him. Always gives his all, good defensively, and probably one of our most consistent performers.
I'd like to see us sign another left back that would challenge him though; one that's not made of glass like Haidara.
Rafa just seems so confident in his post match interviews. He doesn't look nervous or worried and he talks up his team and says they're doing well, doesn't talk about the permutations or anything just talks about winning the next game. He's class.
Not sure if this has been mentioned but so refreshing that our manager preferred to praise Darlow for saving the pen than bleating on about the referee wrongly awarding it, absolutely no mention about the decision from him at all.

imagine if Ashley wrote a similar one.
"Memories of northern rock on the shirt and Gabriel Obertan's late clincher at Blackburn still give me heart palpitations"
If the mackems get beat off Arsenal then losing this game might not have too much bearing, so long as we don't take a confidence or heavy GD hit.
The Palace game is the key; Norwich and Sunderland have rotten fixtures that weekend and it's our big chance to get ahead.
