I bet everyone says I'm mental but I'd rather we sold this useless gimp than Perch. If the Wonga kit deal is a problem then he can fuck off, I know Wonga are shit but so are players that can't pass the ball 8 yards successfully and who give away so many stupid niggling fouls. If it's not a problem he can do one anyway.
Good news. I hope he does well there. As shit as he can be, there's been some decent performances and he's essentially a poster boy for the lack of investment and what it's done to us lately.
The only thing that made me think he'd stay was Debuchy arriving in January, as shit as we are I expected him to give it one more season seeing as we have his pal in our squad now too.
It's the shape and setup of the whole side imo. I thought at times we were far too porous in midfield even despite the constant presence of two of Tiote, Perch and Gutierrez (or occasionally Bigirimana) in there.
The shit retention of possession doesn't help too. People kept saying the ball wouldn't drop for us and we were unlucky a lot etc; Coloccini and Taylor having to deal with a few losses of possession and counter attacks a match as opposed to nearly every five minutes probably would lead to a lot less goals conceded.
The whole thing is a mess, we're not set up to attack or defend really. We just shamble out onto the field in some sort of lopsided mess of a formation and get beat every week.
I never knew James was disabled!
In all seriousness, this is proper shit that people are having to pay to have their form filled in. Can understand them wanting to ensure the seats are going to the correct people but there's surely far better ways to go about it.
The vote is currently:
Yes, Wonga is unethical and his beliefs should be respected 17 (33.3%)
Not sure, Wonga aren't the best company but he should just get on with it 17 (33.3%)
No, it's a load of nonsense and he's out of order 17 (33.3%)
Been a few issues at my uni lately because some of the international students doing entrance English Language exams over the past few weeks refused to do the exam because we were using our venue as an exam hall, just cos it has a bar in it and it's a club etc.
Dunno whether or not that's really relevant but it does show that this kind of thing can be an issue that nobody considers.
