If I was in charge and we were offered £8m I'd definitely take it. £5m I'd almost certainly take it still. Even £3-4m and I'd be considering it. He's absolutely hopeless and is living on his reputation from a few seasons ago.

Basically, Santon was mint, Gouffran was decent, Marveaux, Campbell and Vuckic had some alright late cameos there. The rest were on a scale beginning at uninspiring and ending at full on atrocious. The worst of the bunch being Tiote, Sissoko, Coloccini, Elliot and Shola. Partial credit to Shola for the goal (which was the only thing he did right all night long) and to Sissoko for being played as a fucking right winger.

Second half was much better but I'd rate it at about 4 or 5/10, which says it all really.

Santon has been head and shoulders above every other player in blue tonight like, he's a class act.
