  1. Today is the day to start panicking. Because this lot are hideous.
  2. We're just allergic to attacking thoughts. Very worrying stuff.
  3. All these buy-back clauses and obligatory loan purchases infuriate me. Unfortunately, it's only going to get worse.

    Sunderland

Hope it goes all Ricky Alvarez on them.
  5. I'd have said win but it requires scoring those goal things.
  6. Clean sheets for Yedlin and Wan-Bissaka, goals for Salah, Aguero and Mitrovic. Solid, decent, average
  7. What's the point of this club? A match like that really turns me philosophical.

Good prep for facing Great Yarmouth, Chippenham and Percy Main

    Kevin Keegan

Powerful quotes there, mind. There's so much love and hatred between him and the club. Personal feelings about him aside, his book is brilliantly-timed..... can really add fuel to the protest fire.
  10. The level on which Souness is obsessed with Pogba is really quite remarkable.

    On this day...

Gillespie's 50-yard run against Sergi was a thing of beauty. Will be thinking of that on my deathbed.
  12. Not a Zaha fan tbh but he'll definitely win a penalty or score the winner. 1-1.
  13. And, of course, Hojbjerg as 3rd sub
  14. Although, on Wildcard, I replaced Arnautovic and Josh King with Mitrovic and Wilson. Quite a bad swing there
  15. Marco Silva is a fraud. Called it all along.
  16. Double Wolves clean sheet there through Bennett and Patricio. 68, so a decent use of the Wildcard.
  17. Wouldn't say he's performing miracles, but he's far from the main problem. His standing in world football and his attendance at these prestigious UEFA managerial conventions says a lot, he'd have hundreds of better options if he wanted to, although his tactics, transfers and discarding of good players is very questionable. But at least he has the club's best interests at heart, which gets him a pass when he makes these frustrating decisions. It's the polar opposite of Pardew.
  18. Losing to Chelsea, Spurs and Man City is understandable but it's a bit sickening to lose to Arsenal. They're nothing special at all - a very winnable game that turned into a damp squib of a defeat.
  19. Frustrating to see so many popular players score - Maddison, Fraser, Silva, Zaha, Sterling. Wilson and Pedro disappointing, plus Mendy missing out on a Man City clean sheet. Gonna go mad if Lukaku scores later.
  20. Our games get brilliant soon but the problem is that I don't have faith in us scoring.
  21. Losing at home to Arsenal, man. I can't take this. We just offer nothing.
