So Parker, Bale and Adam are in the main award but Kompany or Nani aren't? Bit of a joke really.
And no Carroll? Thats even more shocking! The Young Player category is a good battle though.
I've went with Tevez and Nani.
Surprised Tiote has been overtaken. Barton has had a brilliant season but we're a far, far better team when Tiote plays - he's phenomenal. And more than that, he's crucial to the way we play. The only downside I see is his suspensions.
More likely:
£10m striker
£5m centre back
£5m in total for a backup winger, backup left back and cheap striker (maybe Larsson on a free?)
We'll not spend over £20m (especially net profit).
Aye, but it would be fun to watch them be dragged into a relegation dog-fight.
Absolutely Maybe it'll finally stop their delusion, although maybe I'm being naive. They are a top 8 team after all...
I voted Tiote but nearly went Coloccini or Barton.
A long way back but still worth a mention is Simpson. He's been really impressive and if Capello bothered to visit the North East, he'd be in the England squad by now.
