I was cheering on Barcelona again tonight, but its win-win because of Mourinho. Despite the lack of chances or action, I found it morbidly fascinating. Busquets' play acting was shocking, but expected - as was the time wasting. For all the possession and territorial advantages, I was actually surprised they scored one because despite the pretty football, Inter were completely comfortable and begrudgingly, the best team (over the two legs) won. That goal should have stood though....what a thoroughly appalling referee. Who'd have thought an Inter-Bayern final? haha PS/ The Chivu-Pandev incident was definitely planned all along, the crafty bastard! Apparantly after their match against Xerez, the players were instructed to wear shirts talking about "leaving their skin on the pitch" (as Canuck said) to build up the atmosphere for tonight. The players looked uncomfortable and overall it seems a bit naff. But they're trying to graduate from the 'Sky Sports school of mega-hype'..... I'm sure VI knows more of it
