  4. http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#/video/video.php?v=564767207697&ref=mf Nice. Its catchy
  5. this is just unbelievably unbelievable. if we can go on a run now, that'll sort promotion for us, hopefully. we should "hall of fame" this to cheer us up on the bad days!

    Points target

http://www.statto.com/football/stats/england/league-championship/2008-2009/table/2009-01-24 Last Season (after 28 games): Wolves 59pts Reading 54pts Birmingham 52pts Sheff Utd 47pts Preston 47pts Cardiff 45pts Burnley 43pts This Season (after 28 games, presuming we beat cardiff): Newcastle 59pts West Brom 53pts Forest 52pts Cardiff 45pts Swansea 42pts Sheff Utd 41pts Blackpool 40pts Spookily similar but thankfully, the 59pt team eventually got promoted
  8. WBCP says theres 2 cardiff fans behind them in the home end and they're (unsurprisingly) very glum. sickener for them
  9. a big win tonight might start off another winning streak ala november/december. we definitely need it
  10. I'm not clued up on Cardiff.....why aren't Burke, Ledley and Rae playing?
  11. In a reversal from normal, I'm happy with the attacking 6 (except possibly Carroll) but worried about the defence. If we don't attack them, we'll lose. very VERY nervous
  12. Rio's on bad form, Rooney still isn't mature enough and Lampard would make things awkward at Chelsea. Got to be Gerrard for me.
  13. I said Terry, Rio, Lescott and Richards. Or if one of those becomes a back-up full back I'd take Jagielka
  14. we went down, so the "too good to go down" argument should never be used again. they're absolutely not too good to go down, but they're not bad enough to go down either.
  15. 13 times so far, i think. plus theres plans for swansea, sheff utd, forest and bristol city. so at least 17. i wouldn't be surprised if we're on more than one of the sky 4 (at least). edit: the matches so far - wba (a), reading (h), leicester (h), cardiff (a), ipswich (a), forest (a), sheff utd (a), preston (a), boro (h), sheff wed (a), derby (h), wba (h), leicester (a). roughly half our games already!!!
  16. Tragic news about Miss Sibierski

Thought Coloccini was good at Depor? And how is Guardado doing there? I'd love him to be our next 'victim' (except with good performances!)...
  18. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/8493397.stm Just like with the lad who attacked Chris Holland I really love it how they print the addresses of these people. I've got 15 mutual friends with him on Facebook. Another national celebrity to go with that Jen Clark from BB for our 'noble' town. what about the girl from our school that threw the big "skins" party?
  19. I've often wondered this myself; at the end of the day its a field, a ball and 22 players....there should be no difference. Psychology definitely plays a role though. At home you're surrounded by familiarity (family, house etc) and expectant fans, whereas away you're on the receiving end of that. But thats why the top teams are where they are....they're above such psychology and acknowledge that nothing should really change.
