not really sure how to interpret this news - it could have went better, it could have went worse. at least ashley looks desperate to sell and if the deadline is extended by 7 days, it doesnt mean it'll take precisely 7 days to complete. it still gives at least 1 day to panic buy a money signing, before getting lovenkrands/campbell etc (although i think campbell will be gone by next week). but im just sick of the waiting tbh. we all are.

I know you're fishing but with the exception of maybe Brazil and the Argies, no other national side have the options England do up front. Presumably you're fishing too by not including Spain. Well I forgot about Spain but yes and no. Torres and Villa are possibly the best two strikers around but there's no-one else beyond that. The range of options England have, is better than anyone else. Guiza, Llorente, Raul, Bojan, Negredo etc......
