  1. He has had plenty of chances  Being the owner, he's in a unique position where he can have as many chances as he likes. The interview was clearly a PR plug, and the chances of him actually running the club properly are minimal to null. Fair play to the cunt if he somehow changes that though. Personally (apart from Jonas scoring) I hated the fact that we won, and the bellend got off relatively scot-free.
  2. Wishing death on an ex-manager for talking about us on tv? He's a f***ing horrible c*** who ruined NUFC and is now blaming fans for our current predicament. I hope his life finishes in a ball of fire, tonight. I totally agree that he's a loathsome prick, and we have still not recovered from the shambles he left us in. But howay man, wishing a horrible death on someone?
  3. Completely anonymous. And that free-kick first half
  4. Yup. This sort of thing is far far more important than football, relegation etc...

  6. Fucking hell man. I don't understand this kind of thing.
  7. Where's this from? Something I missed? douglas tweeted it afaik Absolutely pathetic club. Buy young talent, waste them in the reserves when they show promise, loan them out where they do well, start then in the cup when they then go on to make a series of extremely promising appearances in a winning streak, get injured, make on mistake, sell. I hope they ALL lose their jobs and get on the dole because this is incompetence of the highest level.
  8. Probably the only player we have who can match up to WH's midfield in terms of athleticism, physicality and composure on the ball isn't even in the squad.
  9. What's the badge like? Sewn on? or cheap iron jobby?
  10. the fucking drama. Also, Klopp has been identifying targets with FSG behind Rodgers' back. Aye right.
  11. Why? The Brazil national team is the most whored around football team anywhere in the world since Havelange's first involvement in football. I wouldn't be at all surprised if it were true.
  12. He'll be at West Ham/West Brom/Swansea within two years. He's not that good. He's scored 7 league goals this season. Jack Colback's got 4 ffs. tad hyperbolic It is, but so is touting Raheem Sterling to start and play regularly for the likes of Real Madrid or Bayern Munich. He really isn't that good. I'm saying it again because i'm just baffled. He isn't that good!
  13. Am I missing something here? He really isn't THAT good yet ffs
  14. Have no problem with Colback starting if we had an actual game plan that he fit into. My problem is that we have absolutely nothing, and our coaching staff probably hold him in reverence thinking he's England's future captain. It's the perception of him by the club that is worrying, rather than his actual output. If they think he's the dog's bollocks (he isn't), and don't plan on buying a quality midfielder to properly replace Cabaye, then people are rightly going to have a chip on their shoulder when it comes to him.
  15. Barkley has less goals and assists than Colback this season Sterling has one goal more than Charlie Adam.
  16. Yup. And if iirc Everton were skint at the time, and needed that cash to rebuild the side for Moyes? Totally different types of talents, totally different scenarios. I despise LFC in general, but I'm with them on this one.
  17. Bale is about 10 times the player Sterling is though. Bale stayed at a club that nurtured him, gave him games, then sold him for an eye-watering sum to arguably the biggest club in world football. Sterling is nowhere near that level, yet. And IMO I doubt he'll ever be with that attitude.
