I hope it's a 5 game ban, and we get to play them at Ratfield first game of next season.
-
Watched the match down at the pub last night with quite a few Liverpool supporters. When the biting incident happened, and they were losing, they were all fuming shouting how he's a disgrace to the club and the fans, and that he deserved getting a lengthy ban and getting sold. After the final whistle they were on their google searching for the Defoe-Mascherano story, and claiming Suarez should escape a ban because Defoe did.
-
But if they do come out with their intent to sell him, it would only serve to cause a massive drop in price no?

Biting is the equivalent of spitting in an opponent's face. With 26 cameras pointed at you in a big Sunday afternoon clash between two top sides, you will be caught.

I honestly thought the Di Canio chants were coming from the home fans. Can't tell on the tv obviously, but never thought our lot would be that small time -
This guy's career is headed into oblivion unless we have a change of manager, or he moves on to an actual footballing side. Not a world beater by any means, but a very solid and talented technical Dutch international, who can be part of a winning side anywhere IMO. Dan Gosling ffs

Hasn't worked since Chelsea tbh, quite clearly not his game. Pardew thinks that just because he's big and quick, that's enough to do a job up front. It's football from the dark ages. Yep, hoof and flick. Totally not what i see Sissoko is for. Our lack of movement isn't helping either, like you said in the match thread he gets the ball and everyone just runs away from him so he just ends up running full pelt into a defender. It bizarre they way we run away from the player on the ball, it takes away one two's, it stops us pulling their CB's out. It's just so poor, i just sit there shaking my head all the time. It's so obvious we're trying to wing our attacking play, it goes from one extreme to another too.. there's times where our players are standing on each others toes when in possession in like one corner of the pitch so we just end up hoofing it to cisse. It's embarrassing and i find myself in envy of teams like Southampton. so depressing and true

Nothing can absolve this fraud anymore man. Nothing. Bringing Shola on at half time last week, and ahead of Ben Arfa and Campbell this week, as well as playing Jonas is enough to warrant him taking all the blame. The above isn't some isolated fan opinion "cos shola is fkn shit zomg guti cant run". It is a symptom of some serious underlying managerial deficiencies that are as plain as the midday sun for all to see.
-
If we finish below a Wigan team that is 6 points behind us now, with them having to play 3 games a week in early May, one of them being a cup final.....then we really deserve to go down.
-
The word 'ass' makes you sound a bit gay. Apart from that, good post. Fixed.

How in hell's name this idiot is still being defended out there in the press and social media, and some quarters here and at the match is beyond f***ing belief. There is the absolute sum of ZERO about him that makes him a great good decent promising football manager. You simply cannot bring on Shola Ameobi when you have HBA and the pace of Campbell on the bench. You simply cannot, time and time again, go in at half time on top and come out and surrender second half. You simply cannot be 1-0 up at home to Reading, take off Cabaye and Marveaux, and end up losing the match. You simply cannot keep playing Jonas from the start, for 90 minutes, and using him as your one-stop go-to utility guy for your every day footballing needs. You simply cannot keep churning out shocking set piece after shocking set piece for an entire two seasons. You simply cannot make yourself look like a blithering fool with the excuses given before and after every match, as well as blatant lies and deflecting of blame. You simply cannot have only ONE way of playing, and have no clue how to change things up mid-game, or even before the game if it gives you a better chance of getting a result. You simply cannot have but a measly ONE away win all season, and surrender points to almost ALL the teams in the bottom half (yet to play QPR twice) You simply cannot do all of the above (and much more) and survive the sack at a L2 team, let alone a massive premiership team, let alone my beloved club. Needs to be out on his ass. Today. Not tonight, not tomorrow, not at the end of May. Today.

what the fuck is this shit? -
He slips. But it's a red card. Maybe not a 3 game suspension, but definitely a red card there, he comes in a bit late and is unlucky as he slips. Still dangerous though. Not the way I saw it man. He gets the ball and then slips, unsighted to the player coming in behind him. Ridiculous sending off. Something is monumentally f***ed up when Giroud sees red for that, and Macmanaman escapes without so much as a foul.
-
Absolutely woeful whoever this tosspot was. Shockingly bad refereeing AGAIN. Also special mention to the clown Marriner for the straight red he gave to Giroud. Laughable.
