  1. "And.... and... I just do not know what they're trying to do there. No player in the box when the cross comes in, they're just not going to score goals like that! Such a poor choice there!"
  2. 3. Poor. http://passmeon.files.wordpress.com/2011/04/71.jpg
  3. VI running onto the pitch there.
  4. Allowed 3 players from the same club in your squad.
  5. That bit of play from Henderson was heinous.

    Other clubs' transfers

It's almost like because Wigan keep just staying up, people are starting to think Wigan therefore will stay up this year. Moses going is a big blow for them. This could finally be the year.
  7. The fact is few people really know what Atromitos are like. You've been screwed by idiotic fixture scheduling but I'd be surprised if you don't play a decent team. Sure, a few players will be left out but wouldn't recommend playing a load of youngsters. Don't want be chasing it too much next week.
  8. The bonus points system comes up trumps again.
  9. Just to illustrate how fucked up the bonus points system still is, Baines got 3 points from our game.
  10. last kick of the game You fluky little sod. 2nd trixie in a row I was a goal away from lots of money. As it is, pretty much broke even. Exciting.
  11. Lampard, Ivanovic, Torres ©, Pog. Federici and Harte. If only I had Fellaini in my starting XI I'd have had an outstanding GW.
  12. 11/1 sounds ridiculous for those teams mind. Bolton, Wolves and Notts County were all about 4/6, 8/11 I thought?
  13. Had a Bolton/Wolves/Colchester trixie, latter selection being utterly stupid after initially fancying Notts County. Won a bit on a different over goals treble but could and should have been a lot more.
  14. We've played quite a few in our history, certainly a good 30 or so.
  15. So. Guess I'm a wee bit too late for this.
  16. Midweek domestic football with money in my Paddy Power account. Midweek domestic football is often unpredictable yet still.
  17. League was a lot different back then, obviously, but yeah good starts for us are as rare as sunshine in this country. Equally as obviously, if we don't back up this opening game with some more good results then it's a bit meaningless. If Spurs hadn't have had arguably their best 4 players from last year all not starting at the weekend (Parker, Modric, VDV, Adebayor) they probably wouldn't have lost either. Ifs and buts but the end result is we deservedly beat a quality side with loads of quality players. I think a case can be made though that both Everton and Newcastle played their respective opponents at a good time. As mentioned previously, I definitely think a top 4 place is up for grabs this year and Everton and Newcastle both have the quality to be challenging for it.

How can a player be value for money if you're paying over the odds for him?
  19. I think this every year but it keeps happening.
  20. Kagawa reminds me of a faster Modric. Looks like he's going to be absolute quality in this league.
  21. Ouch.. Still, you must be ecstatic after a match like that..? Nah, furious due to no FF points.
  22. Hmm, got 5 points added for Vidic and Pienaar, but still Ramires in the team with 0 points and not my first sub (Ben Arfa). I am new to this, but am I right in thinking a player who has not featured should be replaced by the sub? Should change at the end of the game week, which is after Chelsea vs Reading.
