Or we just didn't fancy them?

Absolutely no time for this behaviour like. Swapping one sulky twat for another seems less than ideal.
-
Ramos is surely a non-starter?
-
Jackson would be a decent addition at the right price.

Still think this gets done, it'll be Brentford trying to squeeze every last penny from us. It's the kind of hardballing I expect from us when Liverpool come knocking for Isak.

Brentford are continuing to block Yoane Wissa's move to Newcastle, talkSPORT understands. The Bees view new signing Dango Ouattara as their replacement for Bryan Mbeumo so won't sanction the sale of Wissa without signing a new forward, or unless the Magpies up their bid to £60million plus. Newcastle are set to resume talks this week knowing they have player buy in. But they are not expected to offer above £40m given Wissa's age, 28-years old, and the fact he has one year left on his contract. Brentford retain a club option to extend his deal by a further year. Manager Keith Andrews worked closely with Wissa last season and is hoping he stays. Wissa is understood to believe an exit will be sanctioned, although Brentford sources insist it is currently more likely he stays

Still not sure how good he is. Big year for his development. -

Why does Neville keep calling Odegaard smooth? It's a bit unsettling.
-
Thought Chelsea missed Jackson today.
-
How long are we giving Keith Andrews then?
-
Aye, could lose Guehi and Eze yet.

While I am dubious of the Frattesi link, Fab and his mate did say we were still looking at targets in Italy.
-
Also not as convinced as others we win that with a striker on the pitch.

Finally got round ro watching this in full. Decent performance overall, granted the front three understandably played like total strangers to one another. Tonali ran the show, first half in particular. It'll be nice to have a bench to empty around that 60-70 minute mark when legs start to go.

Muniz does look a tidy penalty box striker, but that price tag is mental.

For me, they're still likely to go down, but they look more useful than some of the trash that's put up sub thirty points in previous campaigns. Not too fussed whether they do like, as long as we take maximum points from them.

Think it'll be Wissa and possibly another striker and that'll be our lot. Feels like it'll be Jackson or Strand Larsen.
