  1. I don't know, I'm not a football agent. Like I say, absolutely loads of this shit plays out in the shadows months before a move is made.
  2. I'm not convinced he'd turn down Liverpool, especially with Hughes and Edwards there, the others I think plenty have probably said no.
  3. Have we struggled to open up low blocks this season or have we just been way too poor in both boxes?
  4. What do we mean by he can't use technical players?
  5. Depends how much encouragement they're given. We know these things play out between agents months beforehand. Howe strikes me as the kind of guy who fully locks into a project, hence why he's moved his wife and kids up here. Plus Chelsea, Man United and Spurs have been basket cases in recent seasons, while Liverpool had Klopp.
  6. Probably because he's committed to us.
  7. I think he'd have a chance of getting the Liverpool, Chelsea. Man United or Spurs gig.
  8. I'm not suggesting selling both. Flogging and replacing all of our wingers would be madness. So yeah squad planning needs to be a consideration, but if we're offered good money for either, I'd certainly be open to it.
  9. Can't disagree with the Wissa suggestion, but was thinking we might need a year of him proving himself a little to get an acceptable offer for him. If we sell now, we're likely to make a large loss.
  10. Keep (if possible): Tino, Thiaw, Burn, Hall, Miley, Ramsey, Bruno, Tonali, Woltamade Not necessarily sell, but would listen to offers for: Botman, Joelinton, Elanga, Barnes, Gordon, Wissa Sell or release: Pope, Ramsdale, Trippier, Schar, Willock, Murphy
  11. He'll likely be leading the line for us next season.
  12. Perhaps, but it's contrary to everything he's said in public.
  13. It's not about backing him, it's about him being forced to act as a de facto Sporting Director for the summer.
  14. He was forced into a position he never should have been in mind. It was bordering on negligence from PIF.
  15. Awful result, average season, still the right manager for me.
  16. The alternative to no Wolt in midfield is Willock, we're not hugely flush with options in that area with Tonali, Bruno and Miley out.
  17. Our home games of late have been end-to-end shootouts and we've come out on the wrong end of things. I'd much rather see a controlled affair.
  18. You can't on the one hand laugh at this lot for this game being their cup final, then on the other call for our mangers head off the back of a negative result in it.
  19. Bold predictions don't make it any less out there.
  20. Garner has been excellent for Everton of late.
  21. Everton only three points off 5th is wild.
  22. Could well be the case, but we also know with Howe, if a player is even a fraction off being tactically tuned in or unable to execute instructions, they'll not be getting a game. He may feel he can rectify this over the summer.
