1 is a dense Liverpool fan, the other a Tottenham supporting idiot who's football opinions are completely scatter-gun. Wonder what the Liverpool forums are making of him so far? Anyway, Saw him look really p*ssed off at one stage at the weekend. Like he didn't have the support of the other Liverpool players around him at all? Might be because he's not lining up alongside a defender as technically gifted as Colo, or players who have the legs and worth ethic of Jonas or Tiote. Dunno if Carragher was along side him or not, but that wouldn't help. Playing with 10 men, no left winger and Adam and Henderson at cm wouldn't help. Either way, he's not as bad as nelly is making out. Far from it, there's a class EPL player in there. "Adebayor will never sign for Tottenham" " Tottenham will not beat Liverpool" Your opinions are about as pointless as the spurs fan one you posted. Oh look, a poster who can't tell the difference between a troll and a serious post. Go now.

From a general forum I visit: 1 is a dense Liverpool fan, the other a Tottenham supporting idiot who's football opinions are completely scatter-gun. Wonder what will happen if everything continues to go wrong for Carroll at Liverpool. Say they continue to play much better with him out of the team and there's no real effort (or need) to try and get him into the first team. Do they try and sell him? When do they try and sell him? Loan deal in January or the end of the season? What about a permanent move away? They're certainly not getting anywhere near £35m for him that's for sure. Then what, where does he go? What sort of fee would Liverpool think is realistic and who's going to want to meet it and his wage demands (they're big at Liverpool iirc)? £35m is massive baggage isn't it. But it's ok because they sold Torres for £15m more etc. etc. etc. /blinkeredliverpoolfan

A considerably overpriced signing for a club where the likelihood of him fitting in to both the style of play and the wills of their fan base were very slim. Especially seeing as a lot of their fans seem to have this stanch idealism of the type of players they 'deserve' and the type of football they 'deserve'. You only have to flick through a handful of pages on their main forum to see this. Then there are the other issues that trd has covered. His condition upon arrival at Anfield; he had been out since the bar stool incident mid-December. Oh yeah and slightly connected to that is his off the pitch life style choices that don't really go hand in hand with being a professional football these days, which we can all recall Capello bemoaning. Suffice to say that he has never really been 100% fit whilst at the club. You can easily question his mental state as well. £35m, Liverpool, the Kop, leaving his boyhood club etc. is a huge weight on a very young man. Haven't seen much of Carroll on the field, but from what little I've seen and read, I find it very odd that Liverpool signed 3 of the best crossers and deliverers in the EPL from last season to play alongside Carroll only to (seemingly) not put in as many crosser as you'd expect. Might be wrong here, but I've got this feeling I'm not. Imo, Liverpool fans, coaches and players need to get behind him asap. Play to his strengths in the final third, give him all the encouragement and support he needs. If that all happens and he doesn't ruin himself off the pitch then in a years time everything should be OK.

Odds on his older brother coming back the most bruised
-
Yeah. Loved Walters bossing him in the Stoke game

I guess Hodgson's record includes easy games in Europa League. Still, a great stat for winding people up! 2nd stat actually very relevant btw.
-
Was early days for Hodgson too. Didn't have a chance. Also, Liverpool aren't exactly massively better off? If anything they've stagnated the pace in midfield which is going to cost them big when they face the top 4/5 teams.
-
tbf to RTG, there's a plethora of every single thread imaginable. From in excess of 300 on N'Zogbia (for serious) to at least 5 on the color of our away socks.
-
Definitely, been mentioned a few times, but imagine the uproar of Hodgson had signed Carroll, Henderson and Adam for those sums of money? But, but, but he didn't really spend the £50+ million because he sold Torres for that much.
-
I think the second stat has far more weighting. Tbh, I think this revelation should tie the scores at 4-4.

Hodgson: P31 W13 D9 L9 Dalglish: P30 W15 D6 L9

Everybody is out to get them :*****(
-
Haha, hahahahahahaha.
-
He shouldn't be allowed to comment on football.
-
Like the idea of us having "Obraton". Sounds like a deceptacon.
-
Definitely a defensive midfielder in the making.
-
Small things in the middle third. Nothing of note. Looks slow and cumbersome on the ball.
-
That's really harsh and way off the mark.
-
Yeah, that's a ridiculous comment to make Gorilla Should give him something that was really obviously good about his game, his long kicking was excellent. So accurate throughout the game.
