Love that it seems to cover all aspects from the team to the ownership.

Kinell that looks amazing.

Not necessarily. It will likely just mean they're applying for temporary planning permission for a three year period, like the other Stack was (and many of these kind of venues are). If anything it makes sense to do it for longer than you expect it to be to there for to avoid needing to reapply to extend the consent (Stack had to extend their consent at the HMRC site as it ran out). But I'd imagine it's going to be at least two years until they break ground on any extension tbh.

Not likely in a place like Volendam. Rural Holland can be very different to urban areas like Amsterdam -
Champions League 2023/2024: Group F (Newcastle, Milan, Dortmund, PSG)

Yep, pretty sure it's number one in UEFA if I remember correctly. Scotland is second. A groundhopping trip there has been high on my agenda for a while now. Will get round to it eventually. -
Pre-season (2026/27): NUFC to play Everton at Murrayfield on 12/08/26

It has 6 probable starters in it, though. It's not that poor. -
Yeah if there's a release clause at that price he's got to be looked at.

We obviously need the ASM sale to go through first.

Yup, which is why they'd rather flog KWP than him if they can. It's also worth considering one of the reasons a high fee isn't such a big deal for us if we get him in on 40-50k a week.
-
Proven PL performer, 26 year old with 3 years left on his contract. Anything up to 40 million would be perfectly reasonable IMO, especially considering the Neves fee. If it's 45-60 I'd say that's into piss taking territory.
-
Not really accurate. He played pretty much every game as an 18/19 year old in the only season he's had, then got a bad injury. He was injured last year when they went down.
-
I reckon there's a pretty good chance they'd rather shift KWP instead. Be on higher wages and older, more likely to be pushing for a PL move. It's probably one of the main reasons they're resistant to a sale.

I think Tierney makes sense personally. He's better going forward than Burn/Targett but still pretty balanced defensively and can play in a back 3 like he does for Scotland.
-
Hall has played centre mid/left midfield all the way through youth level btw. Only switched to left back when he got into the first team.
-
I think we're just about OK in midfield. Possibly marginally light but it's a balancing act to avoid adding too many purples that won't play. Depends how Miley does as well although it is a lot to ask a 17 year old to contribute significantly beyond cup appearances.
-
I think Anderson has looked decent as one of the number 8s in midfield. Hoping he can kick on this season. Think his ability to drift wide from LCM will work quite well if Barnes is cutting into the centre.
-
I'd you sign a first choice left back it frees up Burn more as a CB option, though.
-
Think Manquillo would go back to Spain (rumoured to be happening anyway) and Ashby would go out on loan
-
On paper a cracking signing but I think the fee is a gamble considering the injury mind.
-
Be very surprised if we get a fee that high. But of all the bomb squad he was always the most likely to get a fee because he'll be on reasonable wages.
-
I disagree tbh. He's generally been ineffective from the bench, and is far better when he is able to play from the start and feel his way into a game. It's one of the biggest reasons I am accepting of his sale. If he was a great supersub I'd find it much more deflating.

It was actually Sami Al Jaber I heard
-
He's not but arguably a better fit for our team and system

Totally agree about Glasgow being class. The right mix of being grand but also rough around the edges. Definitely should hop on the train there more often, kinda forget it's really not that much further from Edinburgh (where I go all the time, admittedly often for flights).
