Oh, Naples (FL). Derp.
-
What does that even mean? I enjoyed the place, nice people and culture. However the city itself is a bit minging.

Naples is a shithole, IMO. A nice shithole, but a shithole none the less.

In the last 4 months, Carroll has given every indication that he belongs and will excel at this level. Aye, my point exactly. In the recent past he was deemed not good enough, or too inexperienced for this league and the one below us. Hughton's had 16 games, man. He's looked up to it in about 4. We can't afford to continue to piss away points. I'd personally have given him another month or so, by the way. So let's say we have the best manager in the world. What do you think this squad is capable of if we had the best manager in the world? Beating Blackpool and Wigan. Liverpool were beaten at home by Blackpool, Wigan beat Spurs away. You can't just pick up individual results and use them as a yardstick for Hughton's abilities. Results have been very inconsistent throughout the league this season. Teams are beating each other without much predictibility, and the league is very tight because of it. Overall we are doing as expected this season with the squad we have.

wtf

Hate that I've now convinced myself this is happening.

That's not excellent for Ajax though, especially when it's Twente who've beaten you rather than another big club like PSV. Not far off Rangers coming second to Hibs. Bollocks man, Twente had an absolutely ridiculous season. Any other year that would have been more than enough to lift the title. Look at their GD ffs Edit: It's also worth noting that Ajax haven't won the title since '04.

Jol did excellent last season btw, finishing 2nd by one point. 27 wins, 4 draws, 3 defeats. 106 goals for, 20 against. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eredivisie_2009%E2%80%9310#League_table

Frank De Boer has taken the Ajax job btw.

I wasn't too keen on .com's article either.

He didn't fancy Tevez who ended up keeping West Ham up single handedly. Played Hayden Mullins over Mascherano too. mascherano was terrible on the few occasions he played for west ham. Hayden Mullins.

In times of torture, you are my 'this' Yeah, found myself agreeing with Wullie a lot tonight.

Fuck me, I'm livid over Hughton but getting a good manager in place is a far, far better outcome than Pardew. Please don't be merely a coincidence.
-
Giggs has scored.

My West Ham mate called this about 2 weeks ago. Although he always talks shite and probably just got lucky.
-
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU Please be shite.

Talksport is an abomination. Cunts.

Didn't know whether I should have posted that (I didn't when I first had the fortune to speak to him and Ashley was trying to sell the club), but after recent events I don't think it really tells us anything we didn't know anyway.

Spoke to Terry Mc about a year ago and he said Ashley and Llambias were absolute arseholes to the point where working for the club was an impossibility. Said KK would never had walked out if this wasn't the case and would take the job back in an instant under different management. It's a shame if as Hughton has grown bigger than being just a 'yes man' the same has happened to him. Can't help but think there's more to Hughton leaving than simply not being good enough.

What a list. The man is a walking disaster. I cannot really understand how the fuck he managed to be a successful business man with such a consistently awful record of decision making. Only possible explanation is what Dave said and that the man is purely doing it to spite an entire fanbase.

Ashley is far worse than Freddy now. f***ing oaf that he is.

Disco can you imagine our players trying to be mouled into Bielsa's formation?
