It's not like you have to be an expert to ask these kind of question Dinho. They're fundamental issues with their bid. I think some of the stuff they've got planned looks outstanding (the air cooled stadiums etc) but it's a massive risk in terms of other issues still (FIFA basically said so themselves).

And you basically can't spend any sort of time outside because of the heat. They could block out the sun or something.

They'll throw enough money at it to make it work, imo, it'll be like Disneyland meets football but they'll pull it off. I just get the feeling in terms of atmosphere and culture it'll be nothing like a proper World Cup. Qatar is a sterile and artifcial place, after the shopping malls there's little else to see or do.
