I just want Hughton back
-
Statistically our most successful manager ever. An absolute gent and I thank him for everything he has done for this club. Good luck to the man, deserves better than this shithouse of a football club and the crooks in charge.
-
I'm completely and utterly gutted. Seriously cannot be fucking arsed with this club anymore.

Dunno about hiding, but he'd been utter dross up until this season.
-
There's some truth in that, like, I agree. I still think he was good last season though, even if it is his level.
-
routledge would take that title. edit. last season i criticised our entire central midfield. barton has shown he can do a job, nolan has to some extent, smith andf guthrie haven't changed my mind at all. Guthrie was just as good from January onwards. I know he took set pieces but I think it's quite telling then he was comfortably our highest assist contributor overall last season.

West Brom 3 - 1 Newcastle United - 05/12/10 - post match reaction from page 38

Another thing that pisses me off is when things are clearly becoming frustrating for the players and they begin to wrecklessly throw themselves into ludicrous tackles. I really dunno what it is with some fans who cheer and shout when this starts to happen as if it somehow vents their own frustration aswell. Just fucking pisses me off in all honesty. Then when our own fans start yelling stuff like "take him out" or "fucking clatter him" etc. It's downright fucking backward and seems to be the only way players like Smith can earn brownie points with some of the knackers that follow our team. Cheering when the first thing that clogger did after coming on was crunch one of the West Brom players. Hopefully when 'Smudger' finally pisses off he can take his personal fan club of mongs with him. -
Whether he's good enough for the Premiership or not, and his overall game probably means he's not, I don't see how people like madras can disregard what he did last season. Our most consistent midfielder by a mile.

Just reading through the thread now. Somebody sack that knobber zolton off, antagonising arse barely knows his own team. -
Hate how WC form determines this. Messi should have it.

Players not applauding the away support.

Yep, was saying this all the way through the match.

Rubbish today. Fitness levels are seriously bad.

Just got back. Urgh -
Wolves would have to go down for us to have a chance at getting Jarvis.
-
Nah I'm not having it like. Don't want to see Wright-Phillip's pub footballer first touch anywhere near St. James's unless it's in an other teams shirt. The man is one of the biggest footballing frauds ever.
-
SWP is not twice the player of anybody.
-
Yes he has looked worse than Routledge. It's as if his reputation goes before him, he hasn't had a good game in years.
-
Silva's too good for that bunch.

Better than yours without, clearly. (You can add on some goals to all 4 of our strikers if you want to include cup goals) -

He scored 22 that season. Also, he was far and away your top scorer that season with nobody else getting anywhere near. Ours were spread out between strikers that were rotated. Not a case of you slaggig anyone off, you're just spouting some very innacurate stuff. -

If you read my posts you will see that I never denied late season improvement, I remember early season when you were slagging off Ameobi and hoping Best would bring you some goals, I did'nt rate our forwards and we scored one less goal than you, Nolan is a midfield player. Nolan is far more of a forward than a midfielder. -
This is the Best thread, I've ever been in, dududu dududu

Ranger scored 2 goals more for us than Best did in less minutes last season. -

Carroll scored 17, Nolan 17, Lovenkrands 13 and Shola 10. Hardly a miss-firing forward line is it.
