  1. Routledge looked amazing in the CCC last season. Still though for £500k its an option for when Jonas isn't producing. He's a much better footballer than Routledge. Scored more goals this season than Routledge has since leaving Palace! He's genuine Premier League class imo, everytime I watch him play he's sublime. Great allround winger and only 22.
  2. Said it before but I wish we'd go for Adam Hammill. http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Transfer-news-Everton-Wolves-Blackpool-West-Ham-and-Bolton-target-Adam-Hammill-will-move-to-the-Premier-League-this-month-admits-Barnsley-boss-Mark-Robins-article668119.html Definitely on the move this window, for £500k we really couldn't go wrong. Really rate the kid, not as good as Adam Johnson but a similar kind of player. Good dribbler, good pace, can strike the ball well and play on either flank. Great video on a certain video site showing what he can do "The Best of Adam Hammill 2008-2010".

  4. No. Pepe is a shitty player. Giovinco is a proper talent. You fucked up big time IMO.
  5. You reckon Sneijder should have been in?
  6. Other Korea. Boring. Yeah oldtype's Korea are boring do gooders.
  7. Goal Bahrain!!!! Jus' kidding oldtype mate.
  8. Moses is much better than Ranger. Is a talented, English player that I think would have done well for us. Since going to Wigan he's had injury problems like.
  9. Bit weird them holding Asian cup fixtures at the Riverside like.
  10. Sounds like he fancies himself as a CM though.
  11. Larsson definitely seems a bit overrated on here like.
  12. Good signing for the price to add depth, but not one to set the pulses racing. I hope this isn't the last of our transfer business.
  13. That Wigan game for me remains the most abject showing I've seen by a Newcastle side. It might have only been 1-0 but we were hammered for 90 minutes by Wigan's reserves taking on our strongest side at the time. http://nufc.com/html/2005-06html/2005-11-30wigan-a-cc4.html makes for grim reading, like. That Wigan line-up aswell, fucking hell.
  14. Aye just seen that myself. The bastards can dee one. Hate the way he's getting rated highly by almost everybody now.
  15. fralan klarnnedy Old poster is old.
  16. If they were to take into account the overwhelming swell of opinion and evidence that argues it was a fair challenge, we might have a chance. Just can't see them seeing logic!
  17. not so sure, the replays show he had studs up but going away from the man. pissi...marriner done what was right in the heat of things. it's only the replays that show a different light i'm not a fan of video evidence but exploit the rules as they exist. I agree, the replay shows the tackle to be nigh on perfect and infact not very dangerous at all. It is studs down, one footed and hooks the ball away. I just can't see it being look upon in that way, they will simply see the image of Tiote levitating and end the discussion there and then. If we were allowed to personally argue our case and show replays etc then we might have a chance, but under the current system it will simply be waved away. I even worry that it could be claimed to be 'frivolous' and his ban could be extended.
  18. There's nee hope man. Both feet of the ground in the modern game = straight red. FA will stand behind their referee.
