  1. No idea where the fuck that even came from, things were clearly going too well for them in general.
  2. Jesus Christ, what the fuck they dee'ing?

It's incredibly poor on their part like. They have nowt else to shout about in recent years, even less than us, but howay.
  4. Meanwhile the top teams form a bonfire circle around the ref on the regular with no risk of punishment. When is the fucking corruption scandal going to finally break. Jesus I can't wait. There will be no corruption scandal. That's not to say there isn't any corruption though. According to the secret footballer, he talked to a referee and the referee said that Scudamore once told them“And, remember, you’re not in a sport, you are part of the entertainment business. We don’t want our top players being sent off every week because it’s bad for the brand. We want them on the pitch as much as possible.” For some reason nobody seems to care about this Not in the Premiership yet, but there's a bit of a scandal brewing in Spain. Anyone believe that it's limited to Spain? It's rife in this country like - some of it might be pre-meditated and therefore possible to prove, but most of it is subconscious and therefore impossible to effectively criticise. Well that goes for the in-the-moment decisions when the ref thinks he'll hate his life if he goes against the big clubs, but FA punishments clearly run much deeper.

In what way? Reckon TF have played that fine tbh, they have accepted Sunderland's answer and that's the end of it.

  7. KI and others, are you taking into consideration how many players they had behind the ball? My observation when watching was that I've never seen them or us park the bus in a derby to that degree. They made no effort to get forward, except on a few occasions second half and the lead to the penalty incident. That makes even a shit team difficult to break down. I'm not saying it was good enough because it clearly wasn't in the end but we were getting there and were starting to open them up before the penalty and were by far the better side in the second half as well. My main/only complaint Colo-aside was the defending for the 2nd goal. No issues with the 3rd as we had to go gung ho and risk that.

  9. You'd have thought it might improve his aerial duel game, alas no.
  10. There are a few hundred active members on this forum, almost all of whom can't stand the owner. No idea how you can say attendances prove lots of people on here are still supporting the owner because they make the odd positive comment about the way we've been attacking of late. Personally I go to a handful of aways a season and refuse to buy merchandise and that's been my stance for years.
  11. Colo probably threatened to deck him.
  12. http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/news/north-east-news/police-hunt-three-men-after-10333365 Are you fucking kidding me or what. There's another few years of me being called a horse puncher at work.
  13. Think he's looked quite balanced since the Arsenal red card. Was probably a huge blessing in disguise.

At best it's on par with what Adebayor got done for, not that I'm that arsed in that case but doubt he'll have the same case to answer with the FA.
  15. That's rubbish like, almost everyone on here detests Ashley and a good proportion stopped giving him money years ago. Doesn't mean you can't comment the football has been a bit better this year and stand by the idea we're well shot of Pardew at least.

There are countless allegations, many of them potentially libelous and/or in contempt of court, from NUFC fans on this and other threads regarding AJ, yet you think a couple of Mackems on here defending our justice system could be banned? Don't get too cocky, you're 4/5 fav at the minute.
  17. Didn't see any build-up, was Black on the pitch before the game again or not?
  18. The distribution of points this season has been a bit odd. Not that we're necessarily making the same point here but people keep rightly going on about Chelsea's terrible form but they're only 11 points off the top with 3 quarters of the season to go. If they sorted themselves out they could actually challenge again.
  19. You've literally never been right about anything once.
  20. Our disciplinary record is fucking shocking mind, and has been for a long time.

So is a footballer celebrating a goal with the aeroplane shit. It's been done many times before and it'll be done many more times hereafter. People looking for something to get all righteous about is all it is. The bit that you're conveniently missing is that he ran the full length of the pitch to do it in front of a set of fans who just last year famously lost 2 fans in a plane crash. It was a very strange celebration like, even ignoring the plane thing for a second. Adebayor got done for similar and with Johnson it was doubtless done to goad fans that had been singing songs about him having sex with children.
  22. Think we'll be areet still tbh, been saying the same for ages. Need to really step up the next 4 games but we're playing some good stuff at times. Far worse Newcastle sides than this down the years have been fine.
  23. It's a pointless appeal, when it's a matter of opinion they always back the ref. Like I say I think there are a few clubs that might have a chance with it, but not us.
  24. The chance had gone though, so it wasn't a goalscoring opportunity. I disagree tbh, there's a chance he would have got there.
