I'd go with my country winning the World Cup. It's never, ever going to happen, while Newcastle could be bought out by a Man City style maniac owner. Soz Decky but the forum would be in meltdown if Mike said this.
-
My lass asked me "Who do you even want to win this?!" and I said "England I suppose, but it would be funny as fuck if they got beat". Turns out I was spot-on about my "emotions" towards the fixture, laughed my fucking tits off there.

How many Scots are there tonight?

UAT sign-off from Oakie.

Could we see this in football coverage one day? Pretty cool. http://www.theguardian.com/technology/video/2013/aug/13/freed-matrix-3d-replay-technology-video

Been clear favourite for ages, which makes sense given the Kinnear stuff and not much carry-on at other clubs at the minute. As usual with the bookies it doesn't necessarily mean a great deal, mind.

God knows why he does it, it might be that he's been told to do it to drum up interest and bring some cash in or soften the blow of no further signings if Cabaye stays. I'm not sure, but he does it almost every single window just when it's gone quiet on the buying front and it's beyond annoying.

The speculation was never that strong and had definitely died down before this plank started trying to drum it up again. So transparent.

Did James cause that?

Me too, it's almost as if they've forgotten every single time we've tried it and it hasn't worked. -

Fucking mental that like - aye let's play our full backs on the wings, our winger up front, give a debut to an unproven left back and have a centre half at full back. All because Jonas has injured his arse. -
We often simply go without instead though, it hurts the first team squad and our chances of success. That's the reason for frustration.

Not the direct quote nah, lots of people talking about it but the original tweet. I did find out that Napoli are interested this evening though so that ends that You are not the sharpest mole in the burrow like. There's no way I'm cracking the joke a 3rd time like.

I was just thinking it was weird West Ham didn't spend the money on Tom Ince instead, then I realised it wasn't weird West Ham didn't spend the money on Tom Ince instead.

I'm always hearing this about Marveaux going missing, don't see how he's had enough minutes on the pitch to decide that. Plus some of the players that have been on the pitch in his place have largely veered from shit to anonymous in their performances, so comparatively there's not much difference except Marv hardly plays.

Ben Arfa barely played before Christmas that season and when he did he featured in the middle while you had Obertan flattering to deceive on the right. It was only when Ben Arfa bailed Pardew out a couple of times that he was given a decent run in the team on the wing. It was total overkill, there were games such as Norwich away when he didn't even feature when we were crying out for him. Nobody can tell me he shouldn't have had far more minutes that season and have me buy into it.

Did you manage to find the £9m for Traore then, Mole?
-
That would be generous of you mate.

What the fuck is that?

The old Arsenal fan at my work hasn't said he's averse to it but he's surprised on the basis that "Wenger never usually signs trouble, and he's trouble". I'd be massively averse to us signing him, he's probably the biggest cunt in football. Sometimes you have to draw the line and the way he tries to con the referee from the first minute to the last is a fucking disgrace.
