Wat? I would leave because of pardew... Pardew probably calls cash "Wonga" in day-to-day life and the fact it'll be a constant reminder of the gobshite who manages him is the straw that's broken the camel's back for Cisse. Wasn't a problem with Virgin as Pardew's definitely not a virgin (as he shags players' wives) or Northern Rock as Pardew's neither Northern, or an actual rock. Wey, that's my theory anyway.

If he wasn't offside so much last season and had scored 10 more goals, many more would back him too.

What about his family as well? I best not comment any further. Why? I was just saying he might be under pressure from his family members back home, is another reason for his viewpoint. You both have very pertinent points. It feels almost as if we don't know 100% of things that go on behind the scenes at NUFC. Very troubling. Could do with a few more ITKs really.

I can't get my fucking head around it, is he saying there's a conspiracy or something? Recurring numbers are the work of the devil? Fuck knas, it's beyond my intellect, that's for sure.

Where is the 0.1%? There is no 0.1%, as the .3 in 33.3% is a recurring number. 33.3% +33.3% + 33.3% = 99.9% My mind is blown Just showing there is a 0.1% but people are ignorant to it so dismiss it by answering it does not exist. What in the name of fucking God? You're mad yee like, it's a recurring theme.
  7. He's a fucking muppet. It's painful watching him dive, cheat and moan throughout every game and I can't wait to see the back of him.

    Gervinho

    Were you monitoring him?

    Douglas

Would be surprised to see us to go into next season with Coloccini, Mbiwa, Taylor and Douglas in the squad. That's a lot of outlay on one position.
  10. Everything's going to be fucking mint man, stop moaning.
  11. All the other threads are only for stick-your-head-in-the-sand, almost mentally insane positivity then. Right.
  12. Obertan will never make the grade at Newcastle, if he's on even mediocre money it's a waste. Don't get me wrong, Obertan is a waste of time. But he's also one of the only true wide players with pace we have at the moment. It's pathetic. I'd have no real issues with keeping him in the squad providing he was at least third choice, or something. It'd just be nice to have a big squad for a change. That being said, if someone was daft enough to give us what we paid, it'd be no great loss. I've lost my patience with him now, he barely even broke into the side last season despite us really needing his width. Time to cut our losses IMO.

  14. We'll be totally knackered if we don't invest in the wide positions in addition to upfront, we've been short of quality there for a while and the situation is getting worse despite the purchase of Gouffran.
  15. Carr and Butt didn't seem like Bobby Robson signings at all, it was as if they were signed as a reaction to the perception that much of the squad was too young and mischievous. Kluivert was a bit more like it due to his calibre but even then I wouldn't be surprised if Robson was more keen to buy a younger player.
  16. Just looked and the respective fees were £3.5m for Carrick and a million less for Butt. Factor in wages, age, potential and the probability that Carrick will have been chomping at the bit to sign and it's a shocking football decision.
  17. Nicked my fucking joke, the arseholes.
  18. There are some good figures on there actually yeah, can't post it as on my phone but the article is called In The Premier League, The Sun Always Shines On TV.
  19. If anyone can find figures for how TV revenue has increased over the years then that may come in handy, because the way I see it TV revenue has shot up yet our overall takings have plateaued.
  20. I have no doubt that we could fill our ground at significantly higher prices if we were playing the sort of football and getting the sort of results Spurs do year-on-year.
  21. We don't make enough revenue that's the problem. For some reason it's drastically reduced. Revenue isn't the be all end all of financial info though. For instance if we still did our own catering our revenue would be quite a bit higher, but that doesn't mean we'd be making more money after costs are taken into consideration (likely the opposite is true considering we decided to outsource it). You're splitting hairs over a few quid, we bring in £50m a year less than Spurs and I think that's a good reflection of where we both are as clubs.
  22. A big part of it is we leave ourselves massively short in various positions every single transfer window, because we're always hanging about for value or whatever.
