Sponsorships that were proposed between 2021-2024 can be signed off and clubs can sue the Premier League for any losses that they incurred due to the rules. It makes for very bad legal standing of the new rules they imposed a couple of months ago.

Forest don’t have the money to compete. Their owner is only the 15th richest in the league, and he still owns another and arguably bigger club in Europe. For comparison, if we build the new stadium for minimum of £1.2bn, it would be roughly half his net worth.

The argument would be that the Premier League misled clubs over the legal implications of their rules, and the fact clubs didn’t present bigger deals would actually be used as evidence towards the damage that they have inflicted. It’s the Premier League’s and top 6’s end game scenario that. The plan is working better than intended. The FA won’t do fuck all. I’m struggling to think of anything they have done. Not long ago they gave control over woman’s football up. They stood by and did fuck all during the ESL and the Project big picture schemes played out. They let the Premier League happen in the first place. Having a job at FA must be the easiest in the world, you probably don’t even need to turn up.
