Arsenal are level, so if we do hold on, it looks like we’ll be up against it in the semi-final.

Aye, on TV you can tell the crowd has been turned down, even the speakers sound silent.
-
6 minutes? Fuck off man.
-
Get in!
-
If anything, that’s a penalty to us.

Surely a booking that?

I thought Joelinton was banned.

For extra context. In the proposed bill that would form the regulation that the football regulator would have to adhere too/police, a Lord who has previously claimed to be a Liverpool (but during the discussion of this bill claimed to be a Brighton fan) proposed an amendment that would mean that no club that is owned by a foreign state, including public investment funds would be granted a licence to play football within the top 5 leagues of English football. The proposed amendment also forbid any government employee from being an owner or director (including our own government, which would have affected Karen Brady as well). The government minister who is advising the House of Lords on the bill asked them to withdraw the proposed amendment, as they don’t want to exclude people unfairly from owning or being a part of football clubs. It also had a number of reservations being asked about it by a number of Lords. When a government minister asks for it to be withdrawn, it pretty much means that the government won’t adopt it further down the line, if the Lord who proposed it still insists on it. As it happens the Lord who proposed it withdrew it. An objection to it by any other Lord would have seen it not moved (also rejected) as well.

It means it was rejected.

Amendment withdrawn.

House of Lords is now discussing the amendment in the football governance bill that would effect us. https://parliamentlive.tv/Event/Index/73011c64-91aa-47aa-98ab-0c8378d3e047

Lloyds bank is taking the ground floor unit, which is going to free up their building on Grey Street to The Ivy. Some section of it is becoming another location from the people who have Lane7. The very top unit is set to become a restaurant.

Without joking, if the figure is 300, she’s housed 1% of them. She used to adopt children, but is retired now, so someone she knows got her into hosting international students, in particular Saudi’s. She’s been invited over to Saudi, one of them in particular appears to be fairly wealthy.

Also in the last day, they have had to defend their racism. We don't owe anyone any apology for our reporting on infections people have derived after using certain barber shops, and to accuse these people of simply making it up when they or their children have experienced some of the horrific things shown in those photos is very, very bad faith. This isn't about race. Everyone is entitled to have a trade and earn a living, but the issues reported to be caused by these institutions are not only widely and meticulously documented nationwide, but are supported by health professionals and reported in most news sources. As we have stated multiple times clearly there is a demand for such services, and there is nothing wrong with that, they're popular for a reason. All that is being asked is that care and consideration is taken. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/35kT8VSUaxR7JGkR/?mibextid=wwXIfr Just another Facebook group trying to portray themselves as news.

My mother in law has actually been housing some in her house.

There is zero chance of them having a hub out of Newcastle. A route maybe, but again, the demand wouldn’t exactly be large. The tourist demand to Saudi isn’t very big, compared to Dubai. The North East doesn’t even have a Muslim population large enough to justify a pilgrim to Mecca route. Any route to Saudi would be relying in freight to/from the Middle East, and Asia, and onward travel.

Bale aside, all of them players outside of Shearer played the majority of their Premier League careers with clubs on the top of the pile. Shearer had 1/2 years at a good Blackburn team, and 2/3 years at a good NUFC. The rest of the time he was at mid table clubs, and lost 2 years of his career to injury.
-
Just waiting for Liverpool, and Arsenal fans to defend it.
-
Perfect scenario for us to be honest. Let the typical clubs make noises about going into it, let all the stuff about it devaluing the Premier League come out. Then we can go to the Premier League saying if they eased PSR rules, we’ll stand by them and help them tie up sponsorships to outlive it. Absolute perfect opportunity for the likes of us, and Villa.

30% off all kits, and players training kit.

£20, but they have loads of different concession prices. Season tickets holders get a ticket for £15. If you are season ticket holder, or member, you get a loyalty point.
-
Are they doing their usual trick of having everyone sit in the stand opposite the TV cameras and behind the goal?

It doesn’t really matter. It’s reached the stage where the materials used start to rot. Even Newcastle council must be rather nervous about their section of central motorway.
