1 more win and we go up no matter what, I believe they play twice before we play again, so could be up in anyway.
-
That’s his career here over then. Looks like we’ll need a CB as a priority signing now.
-
Nice finish there.
-
The roof at the very least needs a clean/new glass panels. Could also do with the main stand and Leazers stand having at least a re-clad.
-
The new Forge FC away shirt is fucking awesome.
-
Get in, from a tight angle there.
-
This is the team who pipped us to promotion the season before last aren’t they?
-
I would have went but my dad came up for the day, so I went to see him before he heads back. I’d imagine yesterday’s result, alongside it being a bank holiday weekend will do the crowd wonders.
-
We are doing fuck all before then in my opinion.

To be fair it’s hardly surprising. A Gallowgate expansion would put us at a capacity similar the Etihad, and Anfield, as well as Spurs’ stadium, it just means we may miss more exclusive hospitality. It will be interesting to see if they plan on smartening up the rest of the stadium as well, because if they do, then that could take SJP to a new level.

Yeah, when I was writing that post I was thinking that was possibly the last good one we had. The Martins Maroon one is a classic but I think only because of that goal/game, it had a lot going on and was bit much. The banana strip again a bad design, but loved because we did well in it, rather than the actual design.
-
Some of the last ones were crap, especially the away tops. We ended up with over-designed trims, and baggy shirts. I absolutely loved the Ajax style NTL:Broadband navy blue and grey one though, my first shirt ever.

Some of our fans need to fucking sort themselves out like. A couple of season ticket holders next to me left in the 90th minute, they were on the stairs when we scored the winner. I wish they had passed the access point and missed it to be honest. Loads left earlier at 3-3, and in the 30th minute fuck loads started going to get pints and do coke in the toilets. These are the cunts saying we don’t need a bigger a stadium, because they have got their season ticket, so fuck everyone else. No fucking idea why anyone would leave at 3-3, we were clearly getting the winner in that game, even at 3-2 we were looking like getting an equaliser.

I don’t think he is, he actually comes in from the side and puts his foot there. If I was making the roles then that type of thing wouldn’t be a penalty (potentially the same as the 1st), I have been the defender in that situation where you are moving your leg to kick the ball and someone puts theirs in the way. There is nothing you can do to stop it, however the top 6 clubs have been doing that shit for years in order to get penalties and free kicks, and now we are in a position where it is a default penalty. It is a perfect example where contact shouldn’t equal a foul, but this is where we are with the game. There was a thread about that penalty on Reddit that was filled with Arsenal and Liverpool fans saying it wasn’t a penalty, we are paid the referee etc. One Liverpool fan outright said it’s not a penalty and someone was actually patient enough to go back 2 years to an identical incident for Liverpool where he said it was a penalty. They Liverpool fan was complaining saying the video had expired, he has no idea what he was on about, so said guy linked it to a video again, and he was whinging trying to weasel himself out of it by saying it was a foul according to the rules then, but not now. I found that to be fairly funny like.

Paddy Power have the banter of UKIP, they love to do shitty flexes on anyone.
-
In the 1st 10 minutes of the 2nd half last night he put in 3 crosses, 2 of which never got past the first defender, and the 3rd that went straight to the goalkeeper. He then went and gave away a cheap freekick. What we ever saw of him is beyond me, he’s never looked good enough when I have seen him play, including last night. Although we maybe could use him towards getting Asprilla from Watford who maybe a decent shout for RW.

How’s the supporters taking to the stadium now? @Yorkie Their original home ground was arguably defined as being within the city centre, if not then it was certainly in amongst the residential areas, which is where you grew up I believe. The new stadium is anything but, essentially put on to what we would consider Silverlink. Good access for the ring road, but not centrally located. I know a lot of fans were a bit unhappy with the move, and it had to overcome various obstacles during planning, and construction, which didn’t help things either. Are fans starting to take to it? If not, do you think they would if York started going up the leagues?
-
Leicester wil surely pick up. I also think Leeds could end up doing a Man City like run until the end of the season.
-
It would be good for Ipswich to come up, however even a win today still means they would have virtually no room for error, and Leicester would still have a game in hand on them where they can overtake them.
-
Excellent results for Gateshead, and York. York have moved well up with that result and are only a couple of points off their total from last season, a win and they will have more points than last season and you would think would surely be safe for another year. @Yorkie

It’s not meant to be used during msthdays, they even say. It’s designed to bring income in when the football isn’t on. The bar would be a waste time otherwise as it is in clear view of the pitch, and you can’t serve alcohol in clear view of the pitch during games.
-
That maybe, but putting a ban on betting higher than being a racist, or kicking the fuck out of cats is low. Also I don’t think the football authorities can have it all. They can allow for so much gambling sponsorship, and actually ban the players for parking in it, you get one or the other.
-
If he’s banned again then it just shows that all the football authorities are working to protect the top 6.
