  1. Absolutely zero danger there, until Schar derived to crate some.
  2. If you can hit it that hard with your first touch, don’t ever have a 2nd touch.
  3. They will get 40% of the gate revenue, and TV money. TV money is £100k per team. Doing a rough calculation of 52k fans at an average of £20 per ticket. That would make it just over £500k in total.
  4. I thought he spilt up with her.
  5. It’s actually a 2 second increase in time from the current rules. If they enforced the current rules, then they would have avoided all of this.
  6. Fuck that. I’d rather they continue to somehow select the only people in the crowd who have never actually played football to go on the pitch and try and kick the ball onto a scoring mat.
  7. I’d like to think that a new stadium for us would have 4 changing rooms so that we can host both the women’s and men’s games back to back. It would also help for things such as Magic weekend, maybe a union version, and what I would call Non-League weekend at SJP where multiple local Non/League teams play here over the international break weekend. Fuck it, let’s also get back to back NFL games going.
  8. After the shit they have had to go through in recent years, they would be deserving of going up. I think they still want to build a new stadium that is their own, considering their current one is owned by Ashley, you can only hope that they do sack the cunt off.
  9. Yeah, whole new system which they think is better than others in use.
  10. Season ticket holders have the right to buy their own seat for cup games at home, not away games or those at neutral venue. The club have even narrowed this down a bit more with the cup scheme. Sorry like, but those who went to cup games should be priority over those who didn’t. For as much as you think everyone should have jumped on Baird because it was obvious the takeover was going to happen, surely 2 years after going to 1 final, being owned by owners with ambition, and the way the team has built up results, surely you could see another final was coming so therefor season ticket holders should have grabbed the earlier rounds as well? It always amazes me on here when you get a season ticket holder kick off at non-season ticket holders, declaring themselves more loyal etc. All whilst being at the match and waving the flags. Oh yeah, do you know why they were not there for the final years of Ashley? Because many of the people back then jacked in their season tickets. You have the East stand which is full of season ticket holders and has an atmosphere that I can only describe as what a Post Office in a Library would be like. We can sit here all day arguing over who’s right and wrong, was walking away the right thing to do. Fact is people who are on both sides fucking love this club. We could fill Wembley twice over, and if we are going to try and give the limited amount of ticket as fairly as possible, then the people who went in the earlier rounds should be given priority over those who didn’t, season ticket or not.
  11. Is it just me, or does the West Ham pitch look a bit narrow?

This will be the case. The club will have outlined what’s possible on the sites provided by the feasibility studies, and will have put out a contract which everyone has to bid on.

They were playing League One football in that time. Also like I said, since the pandemic, demand for attending events has shot up. Leeds is always going to be a momentum club, but if they are ran right, they can attract a lot of fans. The same applies to West Ham. Get things right with them and they could be giants, but a problem if things aren’t going well.

A dated concourse/stand? It’s just opened, we were one of the first teams to play there with that stand fully open.
  15. He must have done well in his life because he has enough money to come over fairly often. I think it’s how he’s spending his retirement now.
  16. He has pictures of himself in a Newcastle United shirt when he was young. He came across for the NUST AGM meeting a month or so ago.

Genuinely think Leeds could be one of the few clubs who could build a mega stadium like what we want to do. They have the fanbase, they have the catchment area for other events, they have the land nearby. I think a 1 or 2 stands extension is a bit of a let down to be honest.
  18. We literally drew with them this season, being unlucky not to win. We had the better of them last season, with Nunez scoring those late goals to rob us of a win. If we are on it, we have a chance and I think could beat them.
  19. Might have something to do with them doping their players under the guise of having asthma.
  20. No team has won the league cup for consecutive time in a year that ends in the number 5.
  21. Nothing falls for us against these. If that was at the other end, it falls for a Liverpool player to put it in.
  22. Games lost and he uses subs, urgh.
  23. It’s ok, they can have this one. We’ll have the next one.
