His general defensive awareness is awful and seems to be caught out every game. He is unreal on the ball like, up there with anyone in terms of picking a pass or bending in a cross.

Agreed on that, I just think we're going to outgrow the likes of him rather quickly. Had we not qualified for the CL I think he'd have had a lot more game time next season. If we qualify for the CL again next season the likes of him will be upgraded I reckon.

Personally think his NUFC career will be pretty short if we're chasing players of Barella's quality. His opportunities to shine will be too infrequent for someone as inconsistent as he is. Don't think he's a bad player, he's just not good enough for us. Wish he'd scored sooner than the Chelsea game.
