1. I have considered it, it looks mid championship+ JJ shelvey. the other Issue is prem clubs strengthening while we hope for promotion and dont- so the chasm to overcome to stay up if we get there just gets bigger. Fuck off man. no we were shit when shelvey was missing. If shit equals second place in the league then I'm glad we're shit. come on, the momentum was moving away from the play offs when Shelvey was playing, and slipping back towards them without him. and you well know it. Nope. Stop going on as if every team below us are going to win all of their games, because they aren't. And neither are Brighton. There's a long way to go but we've got enough quality to finish at least second imo. Rafa's lack of a plan B is costing us more than Ashley's apparent tight fistedness this season, as much as I hate to say it.

3. I'm not worries. Promotion is definitely doable from our position. Nobody other than Ashley and Charnley really know the ins and outs of any of our deals and the real reason we didn't sign anyone. Its understandable why people think the worst with Ashley though and it always will be, we need to remember going into every window that je's the man in chanrge and stop kidding ourselves (especially in January) that we're going to go radge on deadline day spunking millions on average players for the sake of getting extra bodies in, because we're not, and that for me is why we didn't sign shite like Barrow. How many Championship clubs have signed players this January, for reasonable fees by today's standards, that we should have signed?
4. Nah, that striker has scored a lot of goals this season in the "greatest league in the world".
5. Thoroughly deserved as well, Spurs were poor.
6. People rightly concerned will be condescendingly put down. Yep. This just about sums it up. We're second in the league. SECOND. With a 6 point gap over fucking Reading.
7. Wanyama just had a shot which broke a chair. It was one of those R1 curlers as well.
8. What's farcical about it? He was supposed to be our back-up if we couldn't land Townsend. Now it looks like we won't be getting either, and a rival has been allowed to strengthen at our expense. So you'd rather we signed players for the sake of signing anyone, which is the exact reason we're in this division... No. I'd rather we signed players that Rafa wants. Barrow was reportedly a legitimate target. He was a loan target, he's clearly not good enough for the Premier League and there's something in his contract about Leeds buying him. To me it sounded like we didn't want him for next season.

10. Rodwell jas just cleaned out Dembele, red for me like.
11. If Yup. Point still stands, he'd be very good in this league imo. This De Jong obsession is one I'll never understand. At least with the Mitro fanboys there is some modicum of talent and effort there that can lead to a fanclub, but De Jong has shown absolutely fuck all for us even when he's played. And missed absolute sitters. Has looked slow, laboured and frustrated. I have no idea what people ever saw in him, and I'm not even talking about his horrendous injury record. Saying someone would be very good in this league provided they stay fit isn't obsession. Fuck me, Ciaran Clark is very good in this league, you're overestimating the league or underestimating De Jong. Pick one.

13. If we recalled De Jong and he stayed fit we'd win the league imo.
14. Meh, we'll still get promoted.
15. He was shit. He got away with murder because he played up to the crowd and dived against the mackems to win a pelantee once upon a time.
16. Fair enough, both valid points like. Dread to think what we'll eventually end up with.
17. Would put their net spend at around 40 million. Are they trying to buy 10th place or something? They'll do a Portsmouth if they're not careful.
18. On his day he was a great winger. Loves to cut in and shoot. Pretty much similar to Andros. I dont think he would come here Doesn't Lennon do pretty much the opposite of cutting in and shoot? He stays wide on his right foot and crosses into the box from the right side I thought he was a goalkeeper tbh.
19. Colback was nowhere to be seen for the Rotherham game. It isn't too unrealistic to think that the penny may have only just dropped.
20. I'm surprised he hasn't coaxed Tony Hibbert out of retirement
21. You're pretty certain....what the fuck man, calm down
22. Not sure Mooy is Premier League quality. He looked okay against us earlier in the season but nothing better than various others we've played against.
