  1. tad bit harsh on raylor but overall good team, time for harewood to prove himself. Good to see hughton going 442 at home at least and recognising butt ain't useful against sides like peterborough when we're at home.

for this i refer you to the case of mk dons Thought that, but then I had a feeling they might have been classed as a new club technically. I dunno. Here's looking forward to being known as Sportsdirect.com United soon then looked the case up and after some controversy as to where the honours and memorabilia for wimbeldon fc would end up an agreement was reached that that all of the honours would go back to the London Borough of Merton. Technically then mk dons are new club as their history only goes back to 2004 and they claim no ownership of the previous history of wimbeldon fc

40m of our turnover was in the tv deal, attendances are down by 7000 how much the corperate sections been hit we don't know and no transfer anywhere is payed up front its all over a few years in instalments Apart from when Ashley decides to buy players then NUFC buy up front, we paid the full amounts up front for Nolan and taylor, despite letting Man city with all there money pay on tick for Given and for less than he's worth! no one ever claimed he was competent

  8. other clubs have clauses written into the contracts for pay c uts in the event of relegation. I'd be very surprised if anyone in the PL had a 50% relegation wage cut in his contract. There are also a lot of costs which stay the same, like stadium maintance, match day expenses, etc. I'm not saying that there's no need for stricter financial regulations, but the proposed restrictions would kill of a lot of clubs. I'd be also interested in how exactly the Glazers or the Pool owners or Real Madrid are planning to pay back their entire loan in 3 years, and since they won't, and it would be insane to ban them because of their huge following and the economic power thereof, I'm pretty sceptical about the enforcement of this whole mess. we're a rather unusual case as we were mad enough not to have relegation wage clauses and loads of players on 50k a week plus.

I'm actually quite positive about our finances if we go up. Wage bill will be around 35M which is respectable. Yes but the squad costing us around £35 million is nowhere near good enough for the Premiership. but plenty of room to move to bring in new faces and plan it right this time so no daftly sized wage bill arrives again.
  10. He wouldn't have helped them defend better tbf. the rule is no torres=no win
  11. Steady...you don't want to scupper Jayson's year long anti-Coloccini campaign. The idea is to focus on the curly-haired defender's gaffes not any stuff he might do well. so we're not allowed mention the run he made into the sheffield united box in the first half are we

if this is supposed to be an advertisement for others to take up the offer then this isnt a very bright move
  13. Would be happy with Per Ciljan Skjelbred as he would give us allot more movement off the ball (or actually some) but I think he plays CM and not on the wing like the Chron are stating chron are saying it could be a loan to buy deal due to the Norwegian season ending and not starting again until march. According to my sources (football manager) hes a creative central midfielder
  14. how did they think they'd get away with it though? thats as clear cut as it gets whereas keegans was vague enough so that ma thought he had a chance
  15. addidas or whoever pays the most out of credible ones
  16. simon bird for some daft reason is calling it a climbdown
  17. not exactly what west ham need right now with the money they owe to sheffield united too, sorry to say i think they're screwed and will sell cole upson and green in jan just to pay the bills
  18. never hated him personally and tis great to see him do well as hes always been a player i'd hope would do well
