  1. fuck all in the actual body of the story but the headline made me chuckle http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/3716509/Sam-Allardyce-warns-Spurs-Hurry-if-you-want-West-Ham-ace-Scott-Parker.html why would they hurry hippo head theres not exactly a bunch of clubs breaking down the door to get him
  2. would be a good pairing but I really can't see him coming
  3. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/3716476/Newcastle-want-Spurs-Jermain-Defoe-if-bid-for-Mevlut-Erdinc-fails.html
  4. don't think so, something about an overdraft that needs paying
  5. Warnock, the fact there was even speculation over his job this summer after winning champ and now has almost no money to spend for me he's nailed on to be out first Kean a close 2nd
  6. its been what every report from Liverpools pov on him has been saying, I'm wondering if that is there view do they know anything about football then again they paid 20m for Henderson so they really don't
  7. probably utter bull but wouldn't be majorly opposed to him coming
  8. have they even been linked to a cb? can't recall off the top of my head but they need one if they hope to get back into cl
  9. going to have to agree with Ian here, why in gods name would they pay him extra for something they're quite capable of doing themselves

    Hatem Ben Arfa

could be worse I suppose at least with the early international break he'll have a chance to get up to speed fitness wise
  11. only for the fact its Spurs on the other end and they don't like selling players cheaply even if they want rid of them. As I've said can't see Crouch or Defoe coming here. As for LB targets, while I wouldn't want Shorey or Bridge am I the only one who think Warnock wouldn't be the worst move in the world?
  12. Can't see us signing Defoe, Spur's asking price for players is always high and I imagine he's one pretty big wages
  13. too old and expensive for us to buy, think Spurs will be stuck with him if thats their asking price
  14. they say £9m for Crouch why would anyone pay that for him
  15. Wouldn't forget Blackpool, think they'll do well this season too, hell maybe even Boro or Ipswich
  16. so they need to get Parkers wage off the wage bill for the coming season (and being rather unsuccessful at it) but they're willing to pay 8m for Long and 4m for Nolan (including up to 60k a week for 5 years) am I the only one not getting wtf they're up to

    Mevlüt Erdinç

comes back to if you think Ashley would allow them to get paid (quite well in Smith case) to not play for the season, can't see it personally and since if we get Erding the squad is full until we move some we ain't doing fuck all transfer wise

    Mevlüt Erdinç

Enrique and Routledge will both leave. Can't see a future for either Xisco, Lovenkrands (if Erdinc comes in) or Smith here so it wouldn't surprise me if they were left off the list. Gosling (and Ranger?) need to be added though. Still need to strengthen the defence imo. both u21 so don't count to register I think, and theres no way Smith etc won't be registered if they're still here, on too much to sanction them sitting on their arse all the time

    Nile Ranger

Don't think Ranger's football is any worse than his athleticism TBH. Most of the good stuff I've seen him do included a good amount of technique. Athletically he's spot on, man. As a footballer, he's most certainly not. he does have decent technique, just not goalscoring technique yet

    Alan Smith

and who says the trip to the usa was a bad idea
  21. bit odd for them to release a statement over it, they didn't do that when Barton did similar
